Terrible don’t go!!!! Got a pedicure look like my 9 year old did it

0 stars. My mother had to be treated for STAPH INFECTION, the day after receiving a service from here. Salon is now denying it was them even though it’s more than obvious.

I stopped at the location and this was my first and last time. When I arrived I felt they weren't terribly crowded, I sat maybe for 10 minutes before I was asked to be seated in the pedicure chair. I waited and waited patiently for my turn. I dozed off a few times while waiting because I work (2) jobs so I don't get much down time not alone to get a pedicure. The water was ran, feet placed in and my previous polish removed. There was no trimming the toenails, no massaging of the legs or feet, no removing of the dry skin with the pumice stone or whatever tool they use because it never came out. Then the hot tails were placed on my legs. I had to ask them to trim my nails . It wasn't that anyone was rude, but I basically paid almost $70.00 for someone to paint my nails and I think that is absurd. To me all the things that were missing in this pedicure is normal process of a pedicure, I shouldn't have to ask for anything.

They did so good I love my nails!!!. The girl was so nice. I got my nails done for graduation and they are so cute 🤩

Went here many many years. Left because I was continually getting fungus that would not clear up. It just kept spreading to more fingers! I’ve been at another salon for 8 years with no fungus!

I had gone to this salon since I was a teenager . I would only ever trust this salon with my nails because they always had done such a great job . They were always so caring and would always ask to see pictures of my baby , now toddler . My little girl turned 3 and wanted to start getting her nails and toes painted , this is when everything started to change about how I felt about this place that I had gone to for so long . When my toddler would go in , none of them wanted to do her service , they would ask me if she would sit still , which I completely get it can be difficult with a rambunctious 3 year old , but after all I have always paid well for these services and it made my little girl so happy and proud . The last time I ever went in , I was told by one of the young ladies that nobody actually wanted to do my daughter’s nails because nobody had the patience and kids services are not what brought them money . I just couldn’t believe it and I’ve never gone back since that day . I have ALWAYS thought so highly of this place and recommended them to everyone . I know there are a lot of sweet women working in this salon and as i’ve continued to say , I’ve always loved this place , but please try to do better . Remember that without your customers , you wouldn’t be in business . a little compassion and patience can go a long way in todays world . I don’t really think painting a little girls nails and toes should be enough to want to lose a customer of 20 plus years .

This place is raciest as EVER! My first experience was horrible! The lady that sits at station 9 tipped herself because I didn’t want gel polish! Not only that, she had me (thee only person) pay her ahead of time! Not to mention my nails are NEVER worth 50 bucks! I just needed a fill-in!! They don’t even tell you how much the service is before charging your card! Mind you, my nails are extremely short! Never again!!! You lady need to get it together! 0 stars for me!

My husband and I will go here from now on. My husband has difficult feet, and we have tried several places, but snow nails have taken care of him the best. They take their time and make sure we are satisfied before leaving.

I've been getting my nails done here for 5 years. Ms Cindy and staff are always incredibly sweet and kind. I've never been dissapointed in their work.

I have been going to Snow Nails for at least 10 years to have pink and white on my fingernails (my preference) and pedicures which are so relaxing.
Cindy, the manager, is awesome! She is very kind, friendly and caring about how the customer wants their nails done.
I have had many of the girls do my pedis and they are great as well!
Thank you Cindy, Sophie, Cammy, Yvonne, and Molly, you are all the best and very friendly!
I highly recommend going to Snow Nails!
