Very poor customer service! I have called twice and spoke to 2 different people who told me someone would call to schedule an appointment. It has now been a month since my 1st phone call and no one has ever called me back. The 2nd call I made I was told she personally didn't have any appointments available for 4 weeks however I was never offered to be put on the appointment book for a future appointment and again no phone call from anyone to set up a appointment. Apparently these mirrors don't talk to new customers!

I have been going to Ashley for as long as I have lived here: 13 years. I was never a loyalist when it came to hairstylists before, but she earned my exclusive devotion. Every time I tried cheating on her was disastrous until I finally realized "why bother? I always come crawling back." The woman can do it all. Hair cuts, color, updos. I've referred numerous friends to her with a variety of hair textures and they all love her. My favorite thing about her is how honest she is. You show her a picture and she will tell you if that can happen. "You're hair won't do that" or better yet, "that requires a lot of styling, you won't do that" are phrases she has said that has saved me from many disappointments.

I have been a client of Stephanie for about 5 years. She does a wonderful job managing my CRAZY hair. She always goes above and beyond for my requests. Everytime I have my hair colored, I get lots of compliments. Pricing is amazing!
