A few months ago I decided I wanted to get myself a Bronco. I guess we’ll call it my mid-life crisis. My first thought was “Oh it’d be cool to get a 1970’s Bronco”…then I drove one. As much as I loved looking at the truck, I didn’t love the ride. My first car was an 86 Ford Tempo, I nearly died 3 times in that car and I still felt less safe in that 73 Bronco as much as I wanted to love it. So I started to scour the internet for a modern Bronco. After 3 months I found it, a custom Wildtrack in Ohio at The Auto Livery. Now I have a tough time buying shoes online without trying them on first so buying a car online was not something I had ever done but this was the one so I put out an inquiry.
After a restless night I heard back from Jason at The Auto Livery promptly the next morning and started the process. Jason had spent a few days with the car and knew it inside and out. From the backstory about the owner to every detail about the car he made me feel like I was standing right next to it. I hired a remote team called the Lemon Squad to check the car out as well and Jason worked fast with the team to get me the report. The financing process was incredibly smooth with Natasha. She was always available to answer my questions, calming my fears about buying a car I had never seen and got me a great deal. I can’t say enough about the everyone there at The Auto Livery. They made the entire process a breeze.
Jason stayed in touch overseeing the shipment, confirming delivery and even helping me figure out how I accidentally turned off the running boards 2 days after getting it 🤦♂️. If you need a car you should check them out. I honestly could not be happier. Its perfect.

I've bought alot of vehicles and some not pleasant. But Jason are the Auto Livery. Threaten me with down right good discrimination of the truck. He sent me pictures of all the truck that made my long distance buy a smooth deal. I would recommend him to anyone. Honest and reliable. AAA +++ THANK YOU

Found a car on their site, called to check it was available, and had a quick and easy time test driving and getting a pre-purchase inspection before completing the sale. They were not pushy at all which made for a great buying experience and they even were able to set us up with financing through WPCU for a great rate. When we had a follow up question after, they were very courteous and helpful. Next time we need a car, we're definitely looking here again!

My transaction was very smooth and I was kept aware of how the process was advancing from my first showing interest until the car was delivered to my home. Purchased from Jason within a month noises are coming from the front no problem it’s a used car, Jason states “it needed oiled” took the car in to be checked and oiled, a week later same sound. Took the car to the shop where I’m told I need front control arms (within a month), call Jason and it becomes “purchase the parts and he would have it taken care of.” Until the parts came in. No response to e-mails or voice mails. Unprofessional, his word does NOT matter, he’s trying to shuffle as much out the door as quick as possible.

We had a very pleasant experience with The Auto Livery. Randy was pleasant, informed, and "no-pressure" as he showed us a couple cars. Negotiations were quick and easy. We were allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection (which came out clean) and our pick-up was also easy. Jason also took time to show us "all of the buttons" so we could learn the car. It's only been a few days, but the car has performed very well so far. Overall very positive and no negatives. Would recommend.

I purchased a 2010 escalade from Autolivery today , they made it simple , straightforward , and explained everything up front and how they got to my trade-in value, which was fair. The Escalade was in better shape than most I've looked at and I think I got a very reasonable deal. Thanks to Randy ,,and to Jason I'm very pleased with our deal...Also, I didn't know they have motorcycles,,, got a real nice 68 Shovel sitting there ....just saying....
