I wish I could give ZERO stars. First off the place needs some work done, I was sitting there talking with the Dr. and water was dripping from the ceiling onto my leg! Secondly went in with terrible sore throat, fever, body aches for 5 days and didn't test for covid or strep. Said it was viral and it should be better in 2 more days or so and if not call back. So called back and was told to come back in for another appointment. Screw off, this place is a poor excuse for any type of medical practice. I will be contacting corporate about the condition of the office as well.

I scheduled a physical days a head of time. I drive up to the little clinic, only to have a young lady unapologetically tell me that they are closed, and that there was literally no way to notify me a head of time. She said that I could cancel my appointment or reschedule. Did not reschedule, will not go back. This company/service is a sad example of the way things are becoming everywhere.

First off, their hours are incorrect! They are only open until 430pm, not 730pm (as advertised). When I walked in (the second day in a row) for a covid test, she said they were "all booked up" even though there was no one waiting in line. When I asked why their hours weren't updated, she just shrugged it off like it wasn't her problem and told me all the other locations have the regular hours. Awful place! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to this place for a sore throat first thing in the morning when they opened they told me they couldn't fit me in because the appointment slots were full but nobody was there waiting to be seen.

went in yesterday for a possible sinus infection. Basically told me that i have a common cold and that i need to take over the counter medication. ZERO help or understanding with how i was feeling. After the appointment was over, she did decide to tell me that was BMI rating is considered to be overweight and how i need to eat more veggies and exercise. That had nothing to do with my appointment. I will NEVER be going back to that Little Clinic.

I don’t understand where NP is getting her degree in that little clinic, but she seems to be unqualified. She can’t properly treat even a sty. My SIL got prescribed topical antibiotics which didn’t help and there are so many articles state that if topical antibiotics don’t help, take oral. She refused to prescribe it, sending her to ER. Because of providers like her, people come to ER with silly stuff and there is long waiting time.

i had an appointment, they prescribed me some nausea medicine. i had a reaction to the medicine and could not get in to the my regular doctor, so i made another appointment. the Nurse practitioner did not even see me, she just turned me down and said there was nothing she could do. she did not take me back at all, and told me she gave me “all that medicine” even though i was allergic to it. Pretty much a waste of my time, and i do not appreciate making an appointment just to be turned down. If you have an issue go ahead and schedule it at a different location

The provider is usually great, the front desk people are LAZY. We had to fight with the kiosk to register while she played on her phone. After I complained about it not working correctly she laughs and says it hasn't been all day. Soooo funny when you're sick and just want to get through the appointment.

Had an emergency this Sunday and the waiting area was empty. At 248 pm , they were not taking walk ins. What a bunch of bull. I stood there and waited to see if anyone showed. One person. What is the company's vision. It's sure isn't urgent care!

Went in for blood in my urine. She said I had an UTI. Gave me antibiotics. By midnight I was having horrible side effect. By 1230 the next day I kept vomiting. That is all I'm trying to do is see about a different antibiotic. I'm assuming it was an allergic or side effect. I called twice was told they were swamped and the nurse would call me by the end of the business day. No call back. Tried calling them this morning it rang and rang. Quite apparent they only care about money NOT people. Upon reading the side effects I should have went to ER. Still blood in my urine and the nurse doesn't seem to care that I need a new prescription! Extremely poor patient services!!!!!!

Had an appointment, was not acknowledged due to them taking a walk in over my appointment. Checked in online instead. The walk-in is now going on for 30 mins into my appointment. I have to work!! They clearly don’t care

I just left the worse experience ever. My daughter was originally a walk in for a school physical and we had been waiting for an hour and they were signing people up for appointments on the spot while I was there and seeing them before me while I was there already and waiting. When I got there only one other person was there. I went to inquire about what was happening I just kept being told that I signed up for walk in and these other people had appointments and that walk ins are seen once all appointments are seen....but they literally made appointments while I was already there, on the spot at the front desk. When I came in there was no one at the front desk so I electronically signed in because no one was there to assist me. The light skinned black lady at the front desk was rude when I asked about it and she still never offered me the option to make an appointment and never told me any appointment times existed, but kept offering everyone else that continued to come in open appointment times. Even when I went up to talk to her about it, I was still not told about open appointment times. Online it showed no open appointment times available yet everyone but me was given appointment times on the spot. I felt completely disrespected and like I wasn't valued as a customer or a person. I left and went to the Kroger on Princeton -Glendale road and was seen immediately and out within 10 minutes and treated with dignity and respect. I will never use this location for any medical needs again and I vow to spread this information to any and everyone because I only wanted a physical for my daughter not to be verbally talked down to or to waste my time and be treated crazy. This is not the way to do business and the little clinic should rethink the way they execute helping their customers because it makes no sense to have walk ins if you are going to make them wait for 5 hrs although they were there before any of these appointments were made.

I would give zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE customer service. I made an appointment on Friday the 18th around 3pm. I am a single mother who is a type one diabetic in nursing school with no insurance. I pay for my insulin out of pocket as well as my co pays. I went in NEEDING my lantus refilled and was turned away by the MD or NPN (not sure what she was). I explained to her my situation and that I needed my medication and had a primary care appointment set up but it wasn’t until the following week. She didn’t care. She said she needed old prescriptions so she could see my dosages & when I told her I could provide her with that information She then said she needed me to do blood work and whatever else before she would refill my prescription. I told her I can not afford those things hence why I don’t have insurance. She proceed to raise her voice and act as if I was bothering her? I just left. She was so rude with zero compassion. Later that night I was rushed to Mercy Health Fairfield by ambulance. I was in DKA. Basically I was slipping into a diabetic coma. I was in ICU for 4 days. I just got out and the first thing I had to do was write a review because I really could have died and she could have cared less. I will never go back to little clinic and I will make sure to spread the word. HORRIBLE. She should be ashamed. The medicalField is not the field for her if she doesn’t care to HELP others.
