I moved to Fairfield 7 years ago and this branch has been my primary branch since. I am greeted every time I visit, the entire staff is just wonderful. A very special shout out to Ms. Margaret, she was the first person I came in contact with from day one at this branch. Margaret has helped me many times, she greets every customer she sees.
She is absolutely the best in taking care of you.

We've had so many problems with us bank. starting with the account balance not accurately reflecting and then one day 600 dissappears from the account because it finally updates. we got tired of it and decided to switch banks. we go in and close it and I couldn't close my personal account yet due to a pending charge. when they closed my account, they took the debit card from the joint account and attached it to my personal account. now they're allowing charges from that. Joint account to go through on the personal account that has no money in it. So I can't even close the account because they did something I didn't authorize or approve and i'm not paying these overdraft fees. Because I didn't make it happen

It's frustratingly slow... If management cared about customer service, they would have addressed this simple problem by now, given the multiple complaints. It's always the same whether there are five people in front of you or none; you'll wait a good 2-5 minutes for a teller to assist you per person, even though there are always 2-3 tellers available. They seem to be in no hurry to serve customers, and it all depends on the tellers' own timelines. They can often be seen checking their phones and chatting with each other, which shouldn't be causing these delays. Again, it's clear that management doesn't care. The tellers are usually nice, but they aren't always 100% professional. Their demeanor, however, is generally acceptable.

5 Stars solely because of Brandon. If it wasn't for Brandon going above and beyond I would have left a much lower rating. He made a seemingly frustrating experience into a great one and I'll be recommending from here on out. Thanks again Brandon.

Slowest bank around town. Have to wait longer than DMV. If there is zero I would give then big ZERO.

This bank has an extremely slow drive-thur. I waited for 20min. When it was finally my turn to withdraw, I was told by Samantha Wolfe, I could not withdraw more than 1,000 dollars from the drive thru. I've called and reported her still no response.... Currently in the process of moving to a new bank. I do not recommend US BANK their employees are racist, and make up their own rules at locations. I went to Tri County and withdrew 3,000 in the drive-thur with no issues. I'm going o continue to report that heifa/Karen.

Edited my review, which used to be a scathing 1 star listing several issues. The workers at this branch have been great to me this past year. They deserve a changed review that reflects that. ATM goes out of service a lot. Sad US Bank closed so many physical locations but the employees at this branch have been much better.

If slow drive thru lines are what you are looking for, this bank is for you!Only takes 20-30 minutes to handle 2-3 cars deep lines. Regularly, not one instance. Consistency is key right!?Moving both business accounts soon

Went to a U.S. bank in Fairfield to get notary services. This branch was in need of some help. It wasn't easily visible from the road and needed updating. The door was locked at 10:15 am on saturday due to lack of staff!
