The best thing about this branch is that all the employees are Spanish speaking. That's a relief when it comes to investments.

Terrible service! Had an appointment at 1pm with Andrea and she had us waiting for 30min. After she had asked for my husband’s name to confirm we were there she kept on taking other customers. We decided to leave and after a few minutes she called us and had the audacity to ask why we didn’t let her know we had left, that she had other people waiting on her! Excuse me? Is our time not important as well?? Thank you Andrea for representing US Bank!

I made a change of address in my charge card. What do these morons do? Send the change of address verification to my old address I no longer live at. Thank goodness mail forwarding caught it and sending it to the right place now. They also sent my bill to the wrong address last week.If it werent for my Kroger card I wouldnt do ANY business with us bank.Note: 2 years later this branch which is close to my work, See's me walking up to the door to pay my CC and says we're closed. They are supposed to be open til 5. It was 4:58. Horrible customer service! I was giving them almost a $1,000 dollars and they only had to take it and hand me a receipt. Place is like a 3rd world country in there and English isn't their 1st language either. Not the kind of place to do business. I think I will close this account.

Language spoken is Spanish, they will count your money back to you in Spanish by default... I saw a roach in the lobby, told a teller, and she was unconcerned.

If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. Unfortunately I had to give one star in order to make this review I've been standing in this line from us 45 minutes there's tellers I just got done helping now she's been in and out the back room 50 times there's another man sitting in the office like there's zero urgency and I'll be closing both of my accounts and going to a credit union card came by now. Good job U.S. Bank you are an epic fail.

Only 2 tellers, long wait for bill exchange. Not greeted when walked through the door. Tellers kept stalking between each other during training and not acknowledging anyone in line.

I never really go inside much because it tends to be crowded the times I can get there around lunch or right before they close (only reason the rating isn't a five). If I get a chance to go inside the tellers are always nice and some are bilingual. I like to use their new ATM furthest away from the building for depositing checks and cash.

Slowest bank I have been to. Tellers have no since of urgency. Everytime in the bank wait for 20-30 minutes in line before being helped. Friday's forget about it you will be in line for up to an hour or better.

Long line and slow service. I have been in line for over 30 minutes and the line seems to never get shorter. Needs a better line system the small lobby was not designed for this many people.

The drive through is hardly ever open, the atm is closed most of the time and it takes forever to deposit a check when the drive thru is open.
