I asked for diagnostics only and made it clear that no repairs should be done without my approval. Unfortunately, the shop proceeded with repairs without contacting me. I was also charged $595 in after-hours fees shortly after 5 PM, which was not discussed in advance. Communication and transparency need serious improvement.

My reefer just lost power and control panel went off. It happened when I was sleeping. Came to CT POWER office,gentleman asked details and they took for repair right away ,because trailer was loaded. Fixed in 15 min. Unreal!Polite and professional!Thank you guys!🙌
