I always am treated well at this location! I generally find what I need with no problem, the store is well laid out and clean, and I believe Walgreens is doing everything I can in a challenging environment to meet our needs as their customers

Whoever the lady is that is supposed to be a manager in the pharmacy department is completely unprofessional. She screamed at my wife for checking on her prescription. Claiming that she has had a rough morning as if that’s an excuse. We will be switching pharmacies and I caution others to do the same

Worst pharmacy ever. They made me wait over a week for a refill and nearly every time you call they either don't answer or tell you to hold and then hang up. I asked for the prescription to be ready at 1030AM and i went through their drivethru at 1130 it still wasnt ready and they would not get it ready. They DO NOT care about anyone. On top of that, the pharmacist and everyone under the pharmacist are extremely rude at this location. Do yourself a favor and get you prescriptions somewhere else.

Saturday 7/1/23 12:10 pm. I had an order for a customer (1xThe steel wool soap) and 2 appel snapple botles 16 oz. For the steel wool soap I only found one and it was in very bad condition (torn), I went the front to ask the employee if they have it in the back, she was very improfessional. For the snapple I found 6 pack and they said they can't provide me with 2 botles. Short, they don't care about the Walgreen reputation.Very poor customer service.

I would submit refills through their app and regularly ran into trouble, it was clear there were communication issues between the app and the pharmacy itself. Had a 30 day prescription that was last filled on 12/13/21 and I last picked up on 12/14/21, it is now 01/20/22. Every time this past week I asked through the app for a refill I was denied saying it was too soon to receive saying it would be ready the next day (never was), I tried calling the pharmacy but was left with a unhelpful robot. I finally asked to transfer this medication to the cvs on Nilles and these meds were ready for pickup less than 10 minutes after submitting the transfer. But this pharmacy took too long and I am now going through withdrawals, I am both physically and mentally ill. I understand that miscommunications happen and being understaffed in this time, but this is absolutely unacceptable. This has caused my mental health to do a 180.

Sent a photo taken with my phone camera, over internet to have enlarged at Walgreens. They do a fantastic job! I figured it would be blurry or foggy but it was one of the best ones I have ever seen! Thank you Walgreens for doing an awesome job!!
