My son didn’t have health insurance and he needed an antibiotic. The pharmacist took time to help us find a coupon! He was busy too it didn’t matter to him, though he took care of us! They will always have my business. December 23 at 7 pm.

Purposely over priced my prescription even know i have insurance. These people are thieves and should be investigated by the board of health. Every other pharmacy in ohio has charged .20 cents per syringe piece adding up to around 8 dollars in complete total not 8 dollars a piece costing me $25+

Terrible pharmacy tech experience. I went to have a one off prescription filled, but the pharm tech couldn't understand how to put my insurance info into their system, all the while telling me I wasn't on my insurance that I had used earlier that morning. After 30m of providing my DOB over and over again and being asked to provide unnecessary personal information (is the number of people on my insurance plan needed to fill a prescription? How about my sister's name?) I had my prescription transfered to CVS. Took CVS <1m to get me my prescription. Go to CVS if you want a quick experience, or if you want to spend an hour picking up a prescription and to share your life story, come to Walgreens.

the pharmacy technicians at this location are awful. the older asian man refused us prescriptions because of an insurance problem he caused and wouldn’t fix. he was also incredibly rude about the fact that person i was with was divorced. he kept insisting their ex was their current husband and would not acknowledge that they haven’t been on his insurance plan for over 2 years, insisting they were still married (they’re not). this guy is a problem every time we’ve come in. the prescribing doctor has had the correct insurance on the prescription for 2 years, this guy literally just refuses to acknowledge it. we’ve moved pharmacy locations because of the harassment this man has put us through.

A bright, clean location. The employees were friendly. It can be kind of pain to get in and out of the parking lot at times.

Walgreens store management is a joke. Bought an ice pack for my sister that had just had surgery. The instant cold packs that chemically activate. The product didn't work. Walgreens brand. Jazmyne refused to refund me in original form of payment. Asked to speak to a manager, said she was the manager. But then stood shaking like a leaf for some reason. Reached out to corporate so I don't cause a scene in the store. Corporate team has closed my ticket twice and escalated to district twice and still no answer. Will keep calling. Hopefully no one goes here because if you have an issue it will never be resolved.

I just went into this Walgreens. Two cash registers open they serviced all white people. When it was my turn the old, overweight white man behind the counter abruptly told me said I needed to wait because they were counting money. The old lady he was with behind the counter started giggling like a 15 year old girl. As the old man said "I told you I'd keep you straight" and was giggling as well. The money was being counted when they were servicing the white guy in front of me. What's the difference with servicing me? Why the extra comment and giggles? Incredible how people who still working entry level positions have to do to feel better about themselves. Not to mention it came across as prejudice.
