This pharmacy - Lordt! I went inside first to pick up a prescription for my mother-in-law. Luckily, I was on the phone with my mom when I told her how long the line was. She then informed me that they had a drive thru. So I go to the drive-thru which was 30 minutes MINIMUM. This location is also super old and outdated. The attendant was nice, which is why I gave it two stars. Hopefully they hire more staff or find a more effective way to service customers.

I've never reviewed a pharmacy but I feel this one needs to have a warning on the door. By far the worst one in my 35 yrs as an adult. Just moved to OH and finally got insurance. The day after I got it I had a dire emergency for BP meds I had ran out of. I had most of the info, billing number and insurance company. The pharm assistant solution was to "just pay for it". After a long phone call with a helpful ins. lady who also called the pharmacy to help straighten it out, supposedly it was all OK. I get a text saying it's ready and $100. Another call needed. FF to several days later after a trip to the Dr, scripts sent by Dr. No word from pharm, closed. Call in am and 2 meds n/a, will be ready in 2 hrs for sure. 8 he's later no word.. Another call made. Still missing one med. No one texted or called. Won't be ready till 5pm tomorrow. Supposedly. As soon as I get this month's supply that store will never see my face again. Beyond livid and tired of the incompetence and not giving a poo. Don't go here. The area has PLENTY of competitors.

I was in line at the grocery store and the gentleman before me was getting groceries. He was getting cereal and milk for his family with vouchers. For some reason they want $2.39 when all items he was purchasing was on the Voucher. The cashier was so rude to him Donna was her name. She had an attitude and was embarrassing him. I offered to pay the $2.39 and she stated ok, well we can do this. He didn't want to take money from me, he was so polite and kind. He was like it shouldn't be the extra money, I just want to get it fixed. She kept making an ordeal about it and rolling her eyes. It was very unethical of her to treat him that way. They had him move over to the side and he was so upset and embarrassed he left his card in the machine. My daughter got it out and took it over to him. She announced to everyone that he was on assistance, it was extremely unprofessional of her. I have been in line and didn't have enough money, I am a widow and a parent. I don't like how she treated him it was uncalled for he is not a criminal he is a man getting milk and cereal for his family. He said she was getting and attitude and she replied I don't have an attitude it's not me with the problem. It was clear to my daughter in myself she was the problem. All he had was a carton of eggs the wrong size. I'm sorry to the gentleman that she did this to you, I'm very sorry you had to go through this.

A few times recently and especially on cold days like today the doors on the West side of the entrance are WIDE OPEN. Wind, 19 degree weather, any animal, are all able to blow right in. Some days there is only a 12-24 inch opening in the doors. Today they are stuck open all the way. Employees do not react when notified of this.

And olive bar I would take that!! Maybe they fell they can not compete with JJ. So if they fell that I have no choice. You make the choice ??? I will guess I know where you will go?? And it is not this place. Shame on you Krogers.

Overall, the store is o.k. The deli however is terrible. There is always a long wait and never enough help. I've brought this to the managers attention multiple times, but nothing changes. Very frustrating!

I recently moved from a different neighborhood where I loved my Kroger store. I can't say the same for this particular location. The selection in this store is poor. The shelf space for items I typically use is frequently empty leaving my to either come back later, make another stop at Meijer or buy the subpar Kroger brand. Customer service at this location is also lacking. If I need to go to the front office for special services I often wait for much longer than I would expect because they either don't have enough help or they are incompetent to do the task. I recently filled a Western Union request and had to go back three times because they made mistakes on my order which made it unable for my recipient to receive the money on the other end. I have on the other hand received excellent service at the floral department and the baggers are always polite and helpful getting my groceries to my car. An overhaul with this particular location is long overdue.

The Deli at this Kroger is the worst! Think you save time with the kiosk, nope! Never ready. Just get a rude "sorry". Wait 20 min or more for your order. God help you if you are taking a number, you will be there for 30 to 40 min if you want anything from the deli. If Hell real, it is the Fairfield Kroger Deli. If management don't do something about it, they are going to start losing alot of business to other groceries stores. I fir one am willing to drive further for better service and less frustration. I know others are as well.

This place sucks. I wanted chicken, no chicken. NO FRIED CHICKEN. NO COOKED CHICKEN. ONLY RAW, RAW CHICKEN. Never has any items I want. Oh you want pink lemonade. To bad, no pink lemonade. Worst place to shop. I'm being dead serious.

As far as Kroger stores go, this one isn't bad. It is clean, most of the staff are really great, they have a decent natural foods area. The issues I have with this place is the some clerks are not trained on what food is what. I all to frequently get rung up with the wrong item because they don't know the difference between cilantro and parsley or what 'Kale' is. I'm also disappointed in their organic produce. It rarely looks fresh and is more often than not mismarked. E.g. Fuji apples will be in the lemon bin. I get that not everyone in this community buys organic foods, but if you are going to have them, help yourself out and stock them correctly and pull the rotting items.

Just wanted to start off with handicap parking! There is not enough! The parking lot is to small for the store! That's all I have about this place. So don't drive in circles just go to Meijes they have plenty of parking!

Good quality Kroger with a good selection and decent prices. Better selection than most.

My grocery store has a liquor store inside it. Does yours? No? Then get on over here to this wonderful Kroger in Fairfield and grab some of the hard stuff along with your normal grocery needs. The selection is somewhat limited but they have at least a few varieties of everything - and a few cigars, too. The beer aisle has a decent selection of mostly regional microbrews as well. The overall grocery store looks good, but I don't do the grocery shopping so I couldn't say for sure.
