Investing with Schwab (Akron) for about 10 years. Always get good service and a couple calls a year to review holdings. Also like their on-line tools for seeing positions and trading.

Quick service and kind receptionist. The waiting area has a TV going all the time, which felt a bit busy and noisy but otherwise the staff all seemed on the ball and I was in and out in a few minutes despite a complication with my identification. I haven't use all their services so I'm not sure about that.
