Sharon cut my hair. Beautiful haircut. I have leg issues and have a difficult time getting comfortable in the chair. She went out of her way to make me comfortable. Made another appointment.

Employees at the women's dress department were extremely rude!!!! they yelled at me and my friends for not cleaning up a dressing room that we never entered. the blonde woman specifically spoke very rudely to me and made us go clean up the dresses that werent ours

If I could rate it lower, I would. The manager, Cara, destroyed my virgin hair. I understand that mistakes happen. But she said she would "do some research", then call me to schedule a time she would correct it. She never called. I called her and we made an appointment. She never even showed up, then called me a week later to tell me my phone doesn't work (it does). I truly doubt she even donated my hair as I requested. Now I have to pay a lot more money so someone else can fix her mistakes. I regret paying her, but I thought to leave without paying was theft.
