the female on staff of 1-25-25 was sooo unbelievably rude. didn’t get greeted it was “we close in 5 minutes” i looked at the time and i still had 15 minutes so grab what i needed really fast.
you can get the same message across in a much kinder way, not sure what that lady has going on in her personal life but i feel bad for her! so negative and rude.
the guy on staff on the other hand was being polite while still stating the same message.
i have worked at 5 below and i know that is NOT right what she was doing.

Nice clean store, which is always the way to go... the only down fall were the small checkouts and there all self checkouts.

Selection changes periodically, really interesting stuff at great prices. Employees are nice & helpful

I like the store but I wish the self checkouts were actually self checkouts. The staff never lets you use them as self checkouts.

No but really five below has no business being this entertaining. So I used to live in China and Korea and I would always go to kawaii stores, like the super cute stores with all the random trinkets or anime and all the cute character stores! I would go literally multiple times a day because everything was walking distance and I loved it so much! But I'm being for real, this store is the only store in America, I swear to God that is similar to those and I miss those everyday. I love hitting up Five Below and finding cute little Sailor Moon and anime character toys and stickers they're all so cute. I love this store so much oh my god. also tell me why they have the actual cheapest convenient items like headphones and pet stuff it's amazing. Plus it's soooo cheap!

Do I look like I’m going to shoplift!? Every single time I come into this Fairlawn store the workers watch me like a hawk. I have social anxiety and do not like to be in public. That being said when I have to go to this store I get watched, and when I go to the SELF CHECKOUT they always say “oh I’ll help you over here” no I want to do it myself so I do not have to have a verbal interaction. Some people are just awkward and shy! Stop thinking everyone is stealing!
