I have never in my life left a negative review until now, and it is still something that I hate to do, but if I can stop another person from experiencing what we did, I will. I took my son's iPad here to get a minor crack repaired, this alone was the only thing wrong with the iPad, it is not even a year old. When I returned to pick up the iPad, it was completely inoperable. I couldn't type on it, shut it off, nothing. The staff did offer to "try again," but at this point, the last thing I wanted to do was give it back to them. So I went next door to the Apple Store to see if they could fix it, they could not, the iPad was broken and they do not take screens apart. So with this, I went back to the kiosk to ask what happens in the event that they break an iPad. The response that I got was that it is risky to replace an iPad screen and that there was nothing they would do for me, other than refund. So I left their kiosk with a broken iPad that I am still paying on. I know they have great reviews on cell phone screen replacement but 0/10 recommend allowing them to touch an iPad because they may break it and offer no resolution.

Messaged the first thing the morning because the back of my son's iPhone 13 max was crushed. He messaged back very quickly assuring me he could fix it.
