I sat outside of your store in fairlawn oh 44313 with a note on the door saying out to lunch over 1hr still waiting to get product on Saturday 6/21/25 it’s now 1:44 pm I’ve been to 3 stores and your clerk is still not back from lunch there were two other people with me they left I really wanted this product your store is the only store that sale it l’m pissed as hell someone needs to be with out a job I will be back here Monday 6/23/25 and someone needs to tell me why this happened it’s now 1:59pm and a other customer just left and one just came back and left

This is the second time this past month that I try to stop by during store hours in the stores of I've been locked and no one comes to the door or it's just closed.It's truly disappointing as some of the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful over the past few years.However those staff members have been transferred to other stores and the store is suffering.Additionally if you go on the app, this store isn't even listed.

Head Coach Alexis was very knowledgeable with breaking down all supplements on various items I was interested in purchasing. I left a very satisfied customer and will be back in the near future thanks a lot.

My boyfriend and I are trying to get into taking protein and creatine. Heath was extremely informed and so helpful with recommending products to fit our budget and goals. 10/10 recommend

This location is never open. I have called multiple times they close before the listed hours they open later than listed. I even walked in one time and there was an employee in the back and I had to go get them for help. They didn’t even know I was in the store, I’m going to start going to the one on state road because I cannot rely on this one when I need to replenish my supply of vitamins and supplements even just today I was there. It said they opened at 11 I waited until 2 PM for someone to be in the store

STORE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENTsay goodbye to the past and hello to a new healthy future with gnc!! I currently am the only employee (hiring part time) and our temporary hours are 12-5pm sorry for any past inconvenience! Please stop back in i’d love to change your opinion on the place ! Currently working on getting everything under control but we are a work in progress , stop in and see what i’ve done with the place so far :))

I haven’t been to GNC in over 10 years and needed some supplements. There is new management. Her name is Alexis and she was super helpful if you haven’t been to GNC in a while and are not sure about past experiences, give this store a second chance. I will definitely be back and you should too!

Arrived 4 times at 7:50 to 8pm. The clerk just ignores you while you stand there at the door. Update your closing time to 7:30. Pathetic!
