I looked online for an electric blanket! It said they had 3 so I went over there and so the cashier called one of the workers to get it. Well it was on one of the pallets so while I was waiting thinking he was getting it down, another worker walking by me asked if I needed help! I told him what I was looking for he looked up the isle and took me over there. Well the first guy was up on the lift! He cut the plastic, and said yea well it’s not here! So the worker who took me over (Joe) said it’s 3 on that pallet the other guy said it’s burred under all that stuff ! So the kind worker (Joe) stepped in and said I’ll get it for you I just need a spotter! I was so grateful for Joe he went above and beyond to help! I’m retired military!! And he was kind enough to help me. Thanks Joe I really appreciate it.

Fairly clean, organized, and the employees were friendly/helpful.

The first and only employee I spoke with today was the cashier in the garden section at the register. She hardly said a word, and when she did i couldn't even hear what she was saying. I asked couple simple questions about the bulk items i had purchased, but it was not a very helpful or pleasant interaction.

Never have anything you need one register open with a line around the corner and about 8 employees just standing around screwing off not to mention there own employees done know where anything is

After already dealing with LL Flooring for two months, they told us it’ll take another month possibly two to get carpet installed. We went to Home Depot to see if they could do it sooner and with the help of Bri (so so helpful and knowledgeable) we were able to get it all finished yesterday! We only had to wait about 8 days. The three men that came and installed our carpet got it done perfectly and finished in 50 minutes. Thank you Bri for helping us get this done so quickly!

I went into this Home Depot.l And found a Few items I wanted clear on top of shelf’s Near the ceiling and still on pallets Danielle and Jared had no problems helping me out and getting the items I wanted, even though they had to get a tow motor and closed down some isles for a few minutes.. Everybody was very helpful!

The cashier working the old self check out is Extremely rude her name was written so small I could not add it to this review. A cashier that works in customer service should not be short with a customer. Nor should they click their tongue at them. I don’t know if this is improper training or if the person just doesn’t cut out for customer service. I spend 100,000+ dollars a year with Home Depot This is the only location I go to where they talk to you and treat you like you’re mentally handicapped

This location is your typical Home Depot. This location is very nice and friendly and it’s very clean inside. Fun fact this location used to be a former Builder’s Square which is pretty interesting. Something you don’t see everyday

Customer service and employees in the store are almost non existent. I usually don’t need employee assistance but every time I do I dread it. I usually know more about what they have and where it’s located than they do. It’s pretty sad.
