Quality jewelry and service. I drive almost an hour to buy my jewelry here and get existing jewelry sized. My only complaint is their lack of weekend hours, especially for out of towners who work during the week--closed at 3:00 on Saturday with no Sunday hours.

Kimberly Jewelry is the only place my family will buy jewelry! Not only is the selection amazing they always make sure you are taken care of from bringing in stones for a new piece to super quick resizing and repair. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish I could give 10 stars! They fixed 2 watches that I thought could not be repaired, according to Jared. Also bought a super cute, reasonably priced Swarovski ring while I was there. Hidden gem of Fairlawn!

I was looking to add some beads to my Pandora bracelet and I had been to three Pandora stores in area malls. I even drove to Hartville where there is a Pandora store and no one has any kind of selection of beads, maybe six glass beads??? Orange? I went into Kimberly Jewelers because the Pandora website said that they are an authorized dealer. The very professional gentleman who waited on me pulled out trays of selection, real Pandora brand beads, many of them retired. I had been looking for emerald green...they had them. The man who waited on me was professional, kind, patient, and then cleaned my bracelet, which Pandora stores won't do unless all of the charms are Pandora. My charms are collected from all over the world, so no, they aren't all Pandora. They absolutely have my business as I build my next bracelet. Oh, when I posted my experience on Facebook, many people said they won't go anywhere but Kimberly.

They are phenomenal!!! They fixed my hubby’s ring when a business around the corner said it was too broken and Kimberly’s saved the day! They also fixed my other necklaces and rings also a my hubby’s watch with it excellent workmanship!!!!

David came highly recommended by my father and a close personal friend and Kimberly Jewelry was my first and only choice when it came time for an engagement ring. He worked with my Fiancé and I to craft a beautiful custom ring using family heirlooms paired with diamonds he hand selected. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly astonishing and we could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. It is also worth noting that his repair work is second to none after he rebuilt a century old platinum ring for my Mother. I look forward to our next project at Kimberly Jewelry!

Went there to check about my class ring that was too big. The lady there was very rude and condescending about us not knowing we would have to send it back. She had a huge attitude to me and my mom, making us feel d*** for our lack of knowledge. we tried asking genuine questions that she answered very curtly and short, saying things like "Don't even bother going to other places, they won't do anything, sweetie," and when asked how long it may be "It'll depend on their workload." I am fine with the fact that I may have to wait and get a new ring that fits, but her attitude really soured the experience. On top of that, she pulled her mask down on multiple occasions, speaking very loudly as if that would make us educated. Normally, that place is very nice, but she was just so rude.

I have been shopping at Kimberly Jewelry for many years now and I always have a fantastic experience. This is a family owned business that really cares about their customers. They have many fine pieces to choose from or you can customize your jewelry. I highly recommend this store.

While most jewelers were still closed due to the covid pandemic, Kimberly Jewelry was open! I got engaged and needed my ring resized and though it was a simple fix, they have gained a customer for life. Colleen was personable and just excited for my engagement as I was! They got my ring done with in 24 hours and it is absolutely PERFECT! It's clean and shines! She did the appraisal on the ring the same day as well. It was the best experience I could've asked for.
