“Really impressed with quality and service! I had found my grandfather's Army jacket and flag in my mother's closet. They weren't in a garment bag or box so they were extremely dusty and in need of cleaning. City Cleaners on Ghent handled these special items with such respect and did a wonderful job, for not a lot of money! The flag was actually cleaned for free. Looking forward to now getting these items framed so that future generations can appreciate their significance. Thank you!”

“Clean, orderly little laundromat. No staff onsite. There is a change machine here which accepts $1s, 5s, 10s, & 20 bills and provides quarters. Washers will take quarters or can be activated using Pay Ranger app (I have not tried this method). There is a vending machine which sells single use laundry products (Tide, fabric softener, etc) for $1.00 each. This machine takes quarters only. Wheeled laundry baskets and 5 folding tables available. There is also a small sitting area and free Wi-Fi available (the network password is posted on the bulletin board inside).
As of 11-2024 prices are as follows:
Standard, single-load washer (front-loader) = $3.25
4x Machine = $6.25 standard cycle or $6.75 extended cycle. The standard cycle (pre wash, wash, & rinse) took about 32-minutes total to complete.
6x Machine = $7.00 standard cycle or $7.50 extended cycle.
$0.25 = 5 minutes of dryer time
Overall, I found all machines to be in working order. Dryer lint traps were not too filthy and easy to clean yourself. I would 100% return here again and recommend this business.”
“This is the Laundromat we normally go to. Most of the time we come in and the people who work here are just awesome. Today is 4/29/25 and we came in around 3:20 to switch our laundry over. I had my 3 kids in the car and they all needed to use the restroom. My husband was trying to get in the bathroom and it was a struggle... He asked the lady for help getting in and she got an attitude with him for no reason. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she was very unpleasant since the moment we walked in. I didn't get her name but I didn't have a good experience this time.”

“Great fair prices !Good fast washers➡️ Dryers maybe need an update or look at them. Takes longer to dry than expected for sure. Rittman dryers are better but washers are cheaper in Wadsworth and I think the washers clean better in Wadsworth laundry mat”
“I have been going here for years. The owners are very friendly and very accommodating. The other day, I stopped by 30 min after they were closed (not realizing they were closed) and the owner was walking out and locking the door. I needed my clothes for a business trip, and the owner opened the shop back up, powered on the wrack machine, and got my clothes. I highly recommend them!”
“This is definitely the best place to have your clothing and other dry cleaning done. I dropped off some blankets during summertime and they had quite a bit of dog hair on them. Most places told me to remove the dog hair before they would clean them. However Bernadette’s told me they would take care of it. I told them I wasn’t in a hurry and would only need them for wintertime. So I picked them up after letting them work on them a couple months and they look brand new.”
“They do my father's laundry. I drop it off and pick it up all neatly folded. His laundry is always done in a day. They are so honest that they found a $10 bill in one of his pockets and put it in his dryer sheet box. I highly recommend this place.”

“The service is fast and very good. I have had two visits to White Swan and I am sure you will be as pleased as I have been with their services. Incidentally, I used to take my dry cleaning to a local market and was fine but would.take several days. White Swan is much faster and have very good pricing.”

“Very clean. I like the way it's set up. A row of 2 loaders then 4,6,8 and plenty of dryers. Also the security camera's. Also it is cashless I don't have to worry about having a bunch of quarters.”
“Look, Its a 24 laundromat. I'm not picky. I went at 2am and It was decently clean, including bathroom. Prices are ok. first dryer i tried didnt work (dryer i) but he next two worked great and got really hot. Had two loads and was in and out in about an hour. I'd go back
Overall it could be improved but its not bad. I didnt see any worker there but again it was 2am. I prefer that”
“Helen is THE best dry cleaner in the area, hands down! Her prices are far more affordable than any of her competitors and she does such a nice job cleaning your clothes. There have been times that I have been forced to use other dry cleaners for various reasons and I am always so unsatisfied. The other cleaners use awful smelling chemicals that leave a terrible stench on my clothing, they use pins and clamps to adhere my skirts to hangers which in turn leave imprints in the fabric. Helen doesn't do any of these things. Oh, and did I mention how affordable her prices are? Seriously, she doesn't price gouge like every other dry cleaner in the area! I cannot say enough good things about her and her business!”
