Had (2) employees insult me, making fun of how I talk for seemingly no reason. The conversation ahead of this was fine, sharp turn into random insults from the cashier and bagger. Don't know why they felt compelled to do so, but to have that happen on my first visit here is reason to not return.

Terrible customer service! From the manager of all people too! I went here with my mother last Tuesday to return a bag of potatoes that I just bothered day before and when I started using them the first 2 had so many black spots inside they were unusable. The first employee was very courteous & helpful but then this young female manager stepped in and was an awfully nasty person. Too bad, they used to teach their people to be kind.

If I could give a negative review I would, first time ive ever been in this location, went to the cold cut counter asked for a bunch of stuff shaved, she wasnt the problem. It was the group of ladies up front near the check out.
First off, nobody at customer service? Just left all that product unattended (multiple people in line at CS and two big loaded carts In the only check out line.
I asked a nearby employee if anyone was even working customer service. She got a bad additive, acted like I insulted her. I asked for a store manager & she got very aggressive towards me while doing it.
By the time the store manager came up, her and the other lady were both on registers ringing people out, but why was the customer service person doing conditioning, not even close to the station?
Really appalled how the store manager spoke to me, won't be back here.
The atmosphere wasn't very stocked, not very clean, unfriendly staff, not the place I will ever be back to shop at.

I ordered 1/2 lb. of salami and then 1 lbs of some chicken breast on sale. When I asked for the chicken breast he rolled his eyes and right before he closed the bag he intentionally coughed in our bag, DISGUSTING, we will never be back.

Called to ask a question before I came to the store and whoever answered the phone (I wish I got their name) acted like I was THE BIGGEST inconvenience in the world for asking a simple question!!! Horrid customer service!

Filthy dirty
The produce section was sad and dirty. Most of the produce was bad, bruised, some had mold. Really depressing to go grocery shopping anymore post covid.
Insult to injury. $88 bill. I didn’t even buy much.
And a security guard by the door. I always think it’s messed up to have police/security guards in grocery stores where people shop for basic needs.
I’ve shopped here since high school. I’m 46.
Not coming back.
Do better.

Can't believe in the Fairlawn area with all the shopping that this Marc's is so small. Fairlawn needs a bigger better store!!! Also put cameras in the closeout and stop all the trash that comes through their doors destroying and trashing it! I watch all the time and it pisses me off!!!

The entertainment at this store is smashing. Never a dull moment. Highly recommend ? people will do anything to get in the door first. Dodgeball enthusiasts this is a must visit while your in town!!!

Went in waited for the guy at customer for way too long already had my money out. The customer service guy couldn't have moved slower if he tried and I just forget and walked out. The lines were very long only 2 lines open. No other lines opening up. The man at customer service should be a stock boy where he can move a slow as a turtle and it's ok. This was today February 15th at 245pm.

Steve (Food Supervisor) deserves a pat on the back!The week of Christmas, I needed 220 gallons of distilled water!Steve got it ordered in one day, met me at the counter with a gallon in his hand to scan...and then met me in the back of the store and helped me load my truck!Rare to find someone these days with that kind of work ethic and customer satisfaction in mind!Thank you Steve!
