“Great experience! Short staff, but made me feel welcome and supported entire time my daughter and I were in the store. While my daughter was trying on outfit, associate found the other pants off clearance rack on online site and we were able to order and ship to our house! All staff amazing and first time in a while I can say top notch service!!!”

“Visited Foot Locker and scoped out some kicks for my son. We saw a pair of Nike tennis shoes for $130. I told my son his budget was $100, so work within that. He was okay with it. He found a $100 pair of shoes that looked just like the $130 pair. And, they were on sale for $69.99. So he tried them on and liked them. When we checked out, they rang up as $99.99, so the manager had to adjust the price to match the sale price, but this was done with no issues. The staff was friendly and the shoes are trendy.”
“Rose was amazing. She helped us find exactly what we needed and on clearance no less. We’ve been to several other shops that couldn’t find the right size or the prices were $500. This is our new favorite men’s store. I was also able to buy casual lemon and cotton men’s shirt for my husband it was amazing. They also have dress shoes up to size 16, which is amazing very hard to find that big.”
“"You gotta work what you got" should be this stores motto. They don't have a huge selection and they don't get a lot of foot traffic, but they do have great attitudes and they are always helpful. It's not the biggest Jcrew, but it's here- and hopefully it's here to stay.”
“Not mad need more size options available in shirts everytime I got there there always left with smalls... Tons of them... Somewhat medium too. I wear a large so I rarely find it then if your looking for an XL it doesn't exist in this store for women.”
