We have a bit of a unique situation with one of our dogs and the grooming salon, especially including Jayden (sorry if I misspell), handled it so well and gave our girl so much love.
Our dog is a puppy mill rescue. She was a breeder for three years and her initial experiences with people weren’t all that positive because of that. The first time we took her to PSP for grooming she had an anxious reaction of some sort, which I happened to witness since I was early to pick her up. To say I was nervous for her next groom is an understatement, but we selected the express service on the suggestion of a manager and my family decided that, since I would be available, we’d request that I stayed with her in case anything happened this time. They graciously gave me a chair and I was so pleased to see how gentle and patient they were with Luna, giving her space to calm down when needed and even avoiding bringing the table up very high, in case that was part of her stress last time. Luna had no problems and both staff members were beyond kind and understanding. We will happily bring her back. Thank you to the groomers that were there for Luna’s groom on 7/30, y'all are amazing and I really appreciate how much you cared for our girl! Dog tax included, she looks amazing.

Avoid this store. The employees here are poorly trained and give out bad information that has directly led to animals dying. They absolutely do not care at all and there are much better places to go in the area.

I have used Pet Supplies Plus for years. They know my dog. They are helpful specifically about MY dog and her needs as she ages. Fact is I trust them.

I like the smaller footprint of these stores. You don't have to walk forever to find what you need for your pets. It has everything I need and super friendly staff.

😾 This Matters
Whether intentional or not, charging customers more than the labeled price is unacceptable. It undermines trust and makes you question every price tag in the store. And when it happens more than once? It starts to feel less like a mistake and more like negligence — or worse, manipulation. This was my experience again today at Pet Supplies
Frustrated, I pointed it out to the cashier, expecting a simple fix. Instead, she informed me that she couldn’t just refund the price difference. Nope — in order to correct the overcharge, she had to refund the entire purchase and re-ring all the items at the right prices. This turned a 5-minute checkout into an another 7 minute ordeal.

Nicole is very helpful. She knows her pet care :) I feel most comfortable at this location because she's there. I pass multiple locations to go here.

We went for a betta fish. We didn't realize how expensive a fish would be so we didn't get one. The betta fish were like $20.00

Went to the store 01/18 and was helped by Chris (hopefully that's the correct name). What an amazing experience. They helped bring my items to my car in the bad weather and had no problem doing so. I dropped my card in the car and they called me immediately and had no problem bringing it out the car. Best pet supplies plus I've gone too. It's one I frequent at and will continue too :)
