Amber did a fabulous job on my dog Lexi. Just disappointed that I paid for a whole extra package and it was suppose to come with a bandana, a treat and coupons and didn’t receive any of it.

Very unprofessional, I set up online grooming for my dog. They called me a half hr before hand and told me that the facility was out of power. I asked why was it scheduled there if the store had already been shut down for awhile. They were clueless. Waste of time

1st time I got my dogs hair cut, they did a good job, took him back and the hair cut was terrible didn't even look like my dog I will never go back again

Worst grooming salon in the area. Absolute worst!!!! Do not go here! The employees don't care if they do their job correctly because they are paid fully no matter what. They will be horrible to your dogs and do a shitty job on the grooming. They're also extremely rude.

I have 3 cats, 4 fish, and a bunch of shrimp. This is the best place for pet supplies, and you can even adopt a kitty when you're here and give it a home. I mean, why not? We have 3... why not more? Or perhaps you're in the market for lizard, tarantula, fish? Anyway, if you need pet stuff..go here!

I bought my Yorkie in for his groom and Victoria texted me that his hair was matted and if she did not hear from me she was going to start cutting his hair unless I wanted to come it out at home. His face did not look like she had washed it. Please take your dog to another groomer??

Groomers cancel and management Patrick is terrible. Lacks proper customer service. Grooming here is not dependable and there’s no effort on their side once your appt is canceled same day.
