First time ever doing yoga. We did the puppy yoga and I had a blast. Had a puppy lay down on my back :) It really made my day.

Absolutely amazing place to heal and better yourself physically and mentally. Staff is extremely helpful and very caring. I highly recommend Rogue.

Have really grown to love this place. Im not a huge group exercise type person but this place is changing that for me. Highly recommend no matter your comfort level with movement. So much to offer here, great community.
