First time ever doing yoga. We did the puppy yoga and I had a blast. Had a puppy lay down on my back :) It really made my day.

Absolutely amazing place to heal and better yourself physically and mentally. Staff is extremely helpful and very caring. I highly recommend Rogue.

Have really grown to love this place. Im not a huge group exercise type person but this place is changing that for me. Highly recommend no matter your comfort level with movement. So much to offer here, great community.

At Rogue Awakening you'll be able to enjoy a variety of classes in our heated and non-heated rooms including Power Sculpt, Power Vinyasa, Yin-Yang, Yin, Aerial, Gentle Flow, Beginner Series, Meditation/Restorative, Yoga For Kids, Workshops, Prenatal Yoga, and the occasional Profanity Yoga class.
