Had my first experience with hot yoga. It was unlike any other yoga I've done. The instructor was incredible and the atmosphere was like i was swept into medatative bliss. Got up the next day and was able to stand from a floor sit, without my hands (just wow!!). This place was like a fountain of youth for me!
