Been to location twice.
First time was just to browse. Talked to Micheal Scott. I mentioned my desire to purchase shoes and that I had fallen off a building months prior and had 13 pieces of metal installed in my foot, so I wanted assistance in making a good choice. He said come back on a Sunday and bring my orthotics (issued by doctor that hadn't arrived yet) to come in and see him as Sundays are always slow, which when I questioned, he confirmed it as truth.
Second time I go back on a Sunday with my orthotics as suggested to see Mike, who is in the running store. Mr. Scott looks as if he is running the store solo. I patiently await. He drops over when he can to address me, and asks if I need anything. I say hey, I brought my orthotics like you asked, remember me? He said he didn't, which is understandable, I'm a weird looking feller, who would want to remember? Asks what shoe I want. I say good ones, you mentioned hooka, a friend sent me here and got oc shoes and loves them. He says "I have the perfect shoe" and gets a pair of running shoes, model cloudmaster 2, black. Keep in mind, with all the metal in my foot I am sadly still unable to run. I try them on. Feel all right. After I get his attention again (when all other customers left) I ask if I should try any other shoe. He says nope, that's what you will want. Showed another model real quick but said you won't want them with your orthotics. Never offered another color or anything in model he had me try on. Never sat down to see how it fit my feet. Asked if I was ready. I inquire on warranty, say if the sole comes off the shoe. 30 days. I say 30 days for 190 dollar shoes? Well, if you have a problem and bring it in we will take care of you. Ok, for what duration? He said a lady brought in 5 year old shoes and they didn't repair or replace them. Ok, so not 5 years, is it a year, 3 months, what is it? He just said if you aren't happy to bring them in and they will handle it, but still gave no timeline. I felt uneasy. But needed some shoes for the pain I was in so I purchased them.
Overall, there is a shoe selection here, but it is pricey, and the service can be considered subpar at best (from what received). Now that I've thought about my purchase for the day I plan to take the unworn new shoes back to them in their 30 day warranty window and look somewhere else where I may get properly fitted and assessed for my injury. I have had these bad shoes for months so I can ride it out looking for a new shop.
Wish I had a better experience with the raving review a friend gave me but maybe I just picked a bad day (even though I was told it was best).

Dany Antonios reached out to me regarding my second visit. Asked I come back in a third time.
I returned and dealt with Mr. Antonios. Seemed very concerned with getting the proper fit for my shoes. He actually measured my feet, had me step on an ink pad (to see weight distribution, I've never done that in my life) and watched as I walked in different shoes around the store.
He was very kind and knowledgeable on what the store had to offer.
I appreciate them reaching out to make the situation right.

I've never bought pricey shoes (200 dollar pair). So I expected quality.
A few months after wearing them, the right shoe had an annoying squeak every time I put my heel down. I rode it out another month but when it kept annoying me, I went back to get their thoughts.
Dealt with Eva and Jeff. As Eva takes me to Jeff he notes I must be in for the squeak. Absolutely. He says the style shoe and sole I have should never do that. Their solution? An exchange for a brand new pair of shoes. I never exp

I appreciate Chuck spending time helping me get the correct shoes. My shoes have always shown how I slide to one side when I walk. He suggested shoes with stabilizers in them. (Brooks). They were comfortable and I immediately noticed the difference. I have no back/ knee or leg pain anymore. It is truly amazing. Thank you so much. Lucky Shoes is awesome!!

I love love love this shoe store! (Fairlawn location). Wonderful customer service, the best brands with the best quality! I highly recommend going to Lucky’s to get your shoes and boots! Went there they are rude and seemed to busy to get service. And instead of employee saying some will be with you treat you like you invisible. I have been buying shoes from them for almost 50 years it is sad rude they have become. I will find a new place to buy my shoes

Terrible customer service. This place is ran by the elderly who don’t even greet customers or acknowledge them. I tried coming in twice and this happened both times I wasn’t able to get someone to grab me a pair of shoes. Don’t waste your time here
