I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for two of your staff members, Tianna and Ashley. My recent visit was an excellent experience from start to finish. Both Ashley and Tianna provided a warm and friendly greeting. Ashley was my stylist, and her talent is outstanding. She was very skilled, and the haircut she gave me is exactly what I wanted. She also made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. It's clear that both Tianna and Ashley take great pride in their work and care about their clients. Their professionalism and positive attitude make them a real asset to your team.

Went to get my son a hair cut, both stylists denied us a cut because they “ don’t cut for anyone who can’t sit still” For a company that advertises haircuts for adults and kids. This location Isn’t very kid friendly

I have had my hair cut here five teverything. quality everytime.
Stylist: The last two times Jordan cut my hair. She is kind and attentive. Her service is high quality and she holds pleasant conversation.

Bad experience today checked in online and was given a 5 minute wait time. Still had not been served at all, and no one had interacted with me 45 minutes later when I walked out to go back to work.
Won't return.
