Family of long-time Talbots shoppers at many different stores. Shocked by the rudeness of the clerks at this store yesterday! Came in with 84-yr-old Mom on her birthday to get a summer jacket with the gift certificate my brother gave her. Mid-afternoon, the ONLY customers in the whole store. Got brief help in Petites, then went to the other section. 3 women working there. They did not acknowledge us or help us AT ALL. Worse, while my Mom was looking in the full-length mirror, the clerk actually stepped in front of Mom (into the 2-foot space between Mom & the mirror) to walk in front of her. Why? The whole store was wide open. Be rude to me. Fine. Be rude to my 84-year-old Mom on her birthday - SHAME ON YOU. I have NEVER seen this level of rudeness & unprofessionalism at any other Talbots. SHAME ON YOU

I don’t usually shop in stores, but I had to return items and Jessica was so very helpful. She helped me find my size and located different items for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. And there are always sales. I make an exception for this store! Highly recommend!!

I took my grandma here for a styling and shopping appointment with Catherine. My grandma hadn’t been shopping in over 5 years since her cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments, as well as other health issues. She was finally feeling well enough I felt she could handle shopping and really enjoy it again. Catherine was WONDERFUL and made her feel like the queen she is. It was a side of her I thought I’d lost forever. My daughter was there too and Catherine made that time with my grandma that much more special. We will cherish it always and my grandma feels beautiful again.
