Chuck made a horrible experience with a dealership so much easier. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. He went above and beyond even sending me links to different available cars just trying to help. I cannot express enough how amazing he was to deal with. Highly recommend for all your banking needs!

I went to this credit union for the first time last week to talk about getting financed for a car. Their rates were better than any dealership or bank I talked to so I signed up as a member which was super easy and seamless. I wish I could remember the woman I dealt with by name so I could give her a personal shout out but I can't remember. Once signed up I talked to Chuck and Ryan at the Cuyahoga Falls branch and they were both incredibly helpful and nice. Over the course of looking for a vehicle they both answered my emails almost immediately and were incredibly helpful. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who may be interested. You can really tell that they actually care about their members there and have your best interest in mind, not their own. That's the benefit of a credit union and I clearly see that now. Thank you Chuck and Ryan. I really appreciate you.

Monica was great to work with. Rates were also low compared to the market at this time. Seemed like she really cared about me vs just getting more business. Was happy overall and would recommend the CU to others.

Monica is the BEST!!! People of her caliber in customer service are very rare. She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers both new and existing. Highly recommended!!! All our banking with be done with towpath moving forward (as long as it’s with Monica!)

Worked with Monica Mace., for a car loan. Monica provided absolutely top notch service. She made everything happen from final approval to cashier check for payment to dealer within 90 minutes! Now that's 5 star service! Thank you Monica.

Monica M at the Fairlawn Ohio office is beyond great! She took her time with me and didn't rush me into what I came into the office for. She let me make the final decision and you don't get that everywhere you go. I will definitely keep working with her. I feel I'm able o trust her and you definitely need that when dealing with your finances because it's your lively hood!

My husband and I have been with Towpath for years, and for good reason! Any time we need fast professional and reliable information on loans or banking THIS is it! I have to give extra props to Monica Mace! We recently had to apply for a loan to have a new well put in, and omg was she quick! She was understanding with ALL the hiccups we encountered in getting estimates, she checked in frequently to make sure WE were doing ok and was just the nicest caring individual in all of this! Absolute 10 out of 10 service! Really couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you!
