I am very impressed with TrAk. I signed up in August and am still there. All the coaches are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I am 67 years young and they have helped me get my strength back and continue to support my efforts to improve myself. The management is very helpful, Sean has been helping me with the weight loss. I enjoy going to work out and recommend this club, very pleasant.

I signed up for TrAk’s 8- week challenge, and at the conclusion I had made tremendous improvements in both increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat. The workouts are fun and challenging—but what sets TrAk Athletics apart is its community spirit. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable, and the members are friendly and welcoming. It’s been nothing but a great experience!

TrAK Athletics is more than a gym. It has transformed the way i look at fitness and wellness. The group classes are challenging and fun. I love all the coaches that i have worked with. Especially Harley who has continually offered support and encouragement. No matter your fitness level or physical limitation the coaches consistently make sure that you are safe. They will modify any exercise to assure you are getting the most effective yet safe workout. The energy at this gym is contagious! I highly recommend TrAK to anyone looking to shake up their fitness routine by joining this amazing family of members and coaches!

One of my bffs had been trying to get me to TrAk for years since she joined. I hesitated for years, spending time at another gym where I inadvertently gained weight which made me lose motivation after almost two years of not seeing results. Don't get me wrong, I was still working out which was better than the nothing Id done during covid. But I finally joined TrAk for the 12-wk program...and about 15 weeks later (couple weeks off in the middle off due to work), I'm down 10 lbs, have gained strength (125 DL!) and have such a positive support system even though I'm still really new. AND everyone who's so positive and motivating has been there for years...because they are STILL seeing results and are still sore after years of consistently attending classes. And coach Sean...though I can rarely make it to his classes, Sean has followed up with me every week to see how I'm doing, how I'm feeling, what my challenges are, and given me so much great advice on simple high protein food switches that have actually stuck. He's such a positive light and motivating force to just keep moving even if every day is not my best. I can't wait to see what the next 12 weeks bring for me now that I've started a routine. Consistency. That's what everyone has said...and it's working and motivating.

I found TraK Athletics on social media. I am a 50 year old woman who was looking for motivation to improve my mental and physical health. This was exactly the boost I needed. I was paired with a coach one on one for accountability checkins. Sean reached out often during the 6 week wellness challenge to offer motivation and advice for a successful journey. The group workouts are awesome. All the coaches were helpful and accommodating to modify movements so they were attainable to me. The environment of the gym is absolutely judgement free I never felt out of place. Highly recommended this gym. The results were amazing in just 6 weeks and I am looking forward to continuing the journey.

Best gym in the Akron Fairlawn area. Knowledgeable coaches who care about the members. I’ve lost 40 lbs since joining TrAk Athletics. Stronger with better mobility too! The community at TrAk Athletics is top notch. I’ve found my doctor and my attorney at TrAk Athletics along with my health! The best place to work out is with the best people! TrAk Athletics!

This is your gym if you want to:A. Just show up and have a concise hour of muscular and cardiovascular exercises already planned out.B. Lose weight, gain muscle, and just be able to move through life more easily.C. Spend the workout around really great people – often brining a smile and even a laugh to your day.D. Have coaches that care about your progress and are super helpful.E. Feel that natural high from a great workout. If I am having a bad day, I go to TrAk because my mood will have shifted for sure by the end of the workout.F. Workout without judgement from anyone about your fitness level or how much weight you are lifting.You might think it is expensive but if I compare what I get from TrAk to a cheaper gym, the price is easily justifiable. I thought I was saving money for 25 years before I joined TrAk but in reality, my fitness and attitude about life was in decline. TrAk has turned both around for me.
