The mail carriers never bring a package to your door. They just leave a pink slip in the mail box.

Highly dissatisfied. Package was supposed to be here 3 days ago and still not here. What is the point of “estimated delivery” if the actual date is not even near it. Last time using USPS if I can help it I will use either UPS or FedEx going forward. They ought to be ashamed of their service.

Jordan is literally the kindest man on this planet! All I gotta say is if we were able to duplicate him for all USPSs country wide the customer service would be something you can’t beat. He’s amazing and everyone was saying the same when I was there!

Met expectations. The associate behind the counter was friendly and polite.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Fairlawn Post Office located on Market Street and would give a zero rating if possible. Online mail hold requests were unsuccessful due to an error message. A phone call to the post office early Saturday morning resulted in a female representative initially denying my request, then agreeing to inform the mail carrier to hold ourmail today. However, the mail was not held upon arrival. Manager Tiffany was dismissive and unapologetic, stating that mail holds are not guaranteed. I expect better communication and accountability, especially given previous poor service at this location.

Mail lady has been messing with my deliveries since February at timber top apartments and also a neighbors. We started discussing the other day as I’ve had nothing but issues with her damaging my mail. I’ve filed claims before but typically receive no refund. My buddy reached out to the post office and they tried claiming he was threatening because he asked for help, I was with him when he made a few phone calls and he had them on speaker. They yelled at him and hung up on him where he could barely get a word out. This place is really bad, needs to get investigated by the police ASAP. The employee is tampering with several peoples mail. At this point, she IS THE PROBLEM. She’s just lazy and wont deliver correctly. Looks like several others have complained over the past few months too over same issues at different locations in fairlawn but my assumption is with the timeline its the same woman.

Place is scary. Received damaged products since february, finally left a note in my mailbox asking them to please start bringing the big packages to my door instead of shoving them in the mailbox. Carrier then proceeded to mark all my mail as delivered for 8 days and steal my mail without me knowing. I reached out for help, received none from this post office. Spoke very kindly to her after I came home one day and told her she could resume delivering and told her I meant no offense by the note and that i was just trying to help us both out. She said she had no problem doing that and would work on it. Then i noticed all my packages are being held at the post office due to “customers request” reached out and told them I never made the request. Then i was told the carrier felt threatened by me. (i have a lot of tattoos) clear to me i have been profiled completely since I was very kind to her. When I called to talk to the supervisor (Kevin Porter), I explained my packages were being messed with. He screamed on the phone saying they werent, he also hung up on me twice. Btw, ive never yelled or cussed at any of these people. Now im told that I have to come pick up my packages, technically no bother to me as I frequent the post office (for personal other reasons) i just go to other ones. So ill have them handle all my work moving forward, and then just pick up my stuff now i guess.. Regardless really sad I got profiled here. Place is filled with very mean.. and aggressive people. Very shocking to deal with honestly. Definitely think they should get some more mentally stable people working at this location.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the mail carrier that delivers on S. Miller Rd in Fairlawn but she continues to mess with my mail ever since February. I’ve been up to the post office several times to make a complaint and she still continues to hold my mail, send mail back and leave me threatening messages on sticky notes as well as write on MY MAIL. I’ve waited for my debit cards and drivers license for months and nothing has come. When I call the places that sent them they tell me the mail is being sent back to them. I’ve lived at my address for almost a year now. She now has sent my mail back to my kids school which has caused an issue with them thinking I no longer live in the district but sending my kids to their schools! I’m beyond livid and tired of going to the post office. She needs to be fired or taken off that route. I am calling corporate and filing a complaint with them as well as requesting to be reimbursed for the money I now have to spend AGAIN to get a new license and have a new debit card mailed to me. Does she not realize this is a government job and tampering with mail is NOT ok!! If the issue is not resolved, I will be taking it to COURT next.

UPDATE: I always see the same, but different woman from before every time I go and she is absolutely a boss. Keeps the line running smoothly and efficiently.
Absolutely awful woman working Monday evening! Less than 1 star should be an option. I'd rather drive out of my way than have to interact with her again.

I have never seen such a consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful group of employees than at this post office. Every time I drop off a package, they have an attitude to myself and other customers and are very impatient. It wasn't until they disrespected my dad that it was the last straw for me.
My dad patiently inquired about their job offerings since there were none listed in our location online. They were very dismissive, repeating that it's online despite our confusion. After telling him to wait on the supervisor, they keep him waiting for over an hour!! as if wanting him to just leave and not bother to deal with it. The supervisor eventually comes as promised, yet is EXTREMELY rude. My dad asked for clarification regarding the website, and the supervisor replies rudely and unprofessionally "It's the easiest thing in the world!" They kept my dad waiting for over an hour just to have a bad attitude and offer zero assistance????
I will absolutely not use this post office anymore. They need to learn how to respect customers and be kinder. One bad encounter is unlucky, multiple bad encounters = bad management and staffing!

I reported online a missing package that was supposedly delivered but I had not received. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the Fairlawn USPS to follow up. By end of day my package had been found and delivered to me. The following morning I received another follow up to ensure/confirm I had received my package. Can’t ask for better customer service! Thank you.
