I went to the Verizon store in Fairlawn today on a whim and I am so happy I did! Carlos was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about what I needed when it came to buying a new phone. He was super honest, up front and hilarious! I was there for almost three hours buying a new phone and setting it up but it felt like 30 minutes due to our conversation. Great people person and capable of solving every problem. Thank you so much!

AWFUL. MY HUSBAND SPENT 6.5 HOURS HERE FOR A PROMOTION THEY COULDN'T HOLD UP. THEY HAD HIM THINKING THEY HAD IT WORKING THEN PLAYED HIM TRYING TO UPSELL. AWFUL COMPANY.

Knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in an hour for a phone transfer (would’ve been less if my phone didn’t have so much info to transfer). We were helped by Ashley who was easy to talk to and down to earth. Recommend visiting them

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION....FULL OF LIES, TOLD ME TO THROW AWAY OLD INTERNET BOX......DON'T DO IT, VERIZON WANTS TO CHARGE YOU $300 FOR IDIOTS LIKE THIS. WERE YOU TOLD YOU WOULD GET A $250 GIFT CARD? SURPRISE, YOU DON'T GET THAT EITHER. BOUGHT NEW PHONES AND SCREEN PROTECTORS. SCREEN PROTECTOR CRACKED, I WAS TOLD IT HAD A LIFETIME WARRANTY AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO STORE THEY APPARENTLY HAD NO REPLACEMENTS. IF YOU THINK THIS IS BAD, I WAS CHARGED CONSECUTIVELY FOR 3 MONTHS FOR AN INTERNET BOX I RETURNED AND WAS TOLD TO THROW AWAY! THIS STORE IS FULL OF LIES, ESPECIALLY A SALES PERSON NAME MICHAEL. THEY RANDOMLY DISAPPEAR TO THE BACK ROOM FOR 20 MINUTES OR MORE LEAVING YOU SIT. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO NOT USE THIS STORE! YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED. I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON GETTING ALL OF THESE ISSUES RESOLVED, THEY ALSO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT ANY $250 GIFT CARD OFFER. Had to return a phone case, Michael was very helpful. It was very quick, and everyone in the store was very nice. The store was also clean and had a lot of options. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my phone. It was stuck in SOS mode. Went into store and was helped by Elliot. From wait time to help, only took about 20 minutes. I was stressed out and he assured me all will be ok. He replaced my SIM card and got my phone working again. Elliot was very kind and courteous.

Been with Verizon 22 years and your usual on n off issues but never a major issue........Until NOW.Had an IPhone 11 and the ear speaker took a powder so I decided to trade in on the new IPhone 15. Walked in to the store and explained the current problem and Michael initiated the trade.I've since come to find out through many hours dealing with customer service that he added a new line to get me a promo watch and I NEVER asked for a new line. He slipped it in on me unknowingly and trying to eliminate it from my account is becoming a nightmare!!! It's never simple in Corporate America to simply adjust the account.I am saying this for future consumers to be buyer beware.If I can't get this resolved I will be contacting the State of Ohio consumer protection agency and proceed from there!!!If necessary I will proceed with a new carrier!!!
