horrible service i bought a spray ground and my email never came in so how am i supposed to know when to pick it up? also they never answered the phone after calling multiple times also made me wait 20 minutes. will not be buying from there again

Just let DTLR prob 2nd time ever going. It was at least 6 people and 3 customers including me. They all just stood around talking. I guess more employees walked in off the clock. And they just chatted away while I was waiting to check out. Idk what’s worst going here or going to Popeyes. Lmao what a joke.

I made a special trip to Summit mall to get my son shoes from here. They opened late which was fine. But the man who acknowledged me and told me they were running behind drug his feet to get the store up and running. They opened 45 minutes late after I told him that I had made the special trip to come buy my son some shoes. They have a decent selection but the customer service is not great.

DESIGNER vs CHEAP (everyday clothes)I don't shop for clothes @ the mall. Most stores carry the same over priced merchandise. This store however was ? ? ? ??? Loved the shoe selections. Loved the clothing brands. Loved the layout. Prices not so much but definitely the place if u don't want to look like everyone else.

Store is advertising a pay now and get it delivered to the store for free promotion and it's been three weeks with no order and then when it finally came somehow my order was lost I will never order from this store again they have the nerves to blame it on FedEx smh this store is ghetto

Overflowing trash can and careless employee running the register resulted in my son's Jordan 4 Military Black shoes only worn twice being splattered in blue ink from a security tag. Cashier flung a ink filled security into an overflowing trash bin. It bounced onto the floor and my son stepped right onto it. These shoes sell for $535.00 in his size 12. When I informed her what happened she didn't offer to try to clean them or anything. Awesome employee at Hype was able to get some of the ink off but there is still some staining and only time will tell if the tack on the bottom missed the air cushion in the sole of his shoe. It peirced through the jump man logo on the bottom.

Trash service day before yesterday as well as today. 1 person goes on break and the other says they aren't allowed to work until the other comes back. Also, just handed shawty a pair of shoes for a price and a dude walks up asking for the price of something and she just pretended like I didn't exist anymore and helped 2 or 3 people before me. I was really confused, thinking maybe there's nothing to scan and she may have been waiting for the other dude to scan a box, but she ended up scanning them so that was just blatant disrespect. No good colorways of anything in common sizes. watching them tell people they can only try 1 shoe at a time was off-putting too, but that may be standard. Everything takes 25 minutes? just order online somewhere else and you'll get your sneakers in the mail before they help you. y'all, be blessed

Stopped by looking for Air Jordan 1's. Arisz (the store manager) and Ann were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Arisz made a couple trips to the back stockroom to accommodate my shoe size requests. Thank you for a great customer experience. Will be coming back soon.
