The worst pharmacy ever! They take weeks to fill a Rx so I call ahead before I go. I called yesterday they said it will be ready the next day. I called to let them know to get it ready that next day. Now they claim it's not in stock until Monday but don't know when. Then when you get there the line is long and takes 15 minutes. Get to the pick up and it's not ready. I just talked to your staff 3 times. Makes you wait another 20 minutes. I had another Rx that they kept saying my insurance won't cover. That went on for 2 months. Finally my doctor sent it to another pharmacy and NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. Picked it up right away. These ppl are incompetent and need shut down

To the Pharmacy staff:
You are making mistakes. You didn't want to hear it from me because you are OVERWHELMED!!!! Today you put through a prescription of mine even though I changed pharmacies over a month ago. It's not your fault if you are under constant pressure of being understaffed. But sadly, it will be your fault if someone gets the wrong medication and it hurts them. PLEASE to Walgreens Headquarters, please get this place staffed before something bad happens. And if it does it's your fault, not the overworked, stressed out people you have working for you.
Btw, my new Pharmacy has 4-5 pharmacists daily. You should try it.

I was told over the weekend that we could pick up our prescription on monday. I went inside thinking that would be faster than the drive-thru. I was third in line and I was waiting for 7 minutes and the line had not moved. I decided to go outside and try the drive-thru as the person running the drive-thru had already waited on six people while I was in line for those seven minutes. I went to the drive-thru pulled up I was the first person behind someone and within 45 seconds I was already up to the window. The girl waited on me and apologized and said that the prescription was not ready and wouldn't be ready until after lunch. It was 1:15 in the afternoon and their lunches don't start until 1:30. I had not been told that there was a time limit or restriction previously. After the long wait I decided that we would never go there again. It's unconscionable how long it took especially when the person on the inside was only looking for a prescription not having any other issues but just looking.

Stood and waited at the photo counter to pick up prints when the attendant finally approached and very rudely asked what I needed . She preceded to be rude stating that my order wasn’t complete . I replied “oh ok , it said it’d be ready by 7:19” . See replied , well it’s not done. Customer service was definitely lacking and I will not be returning to this location .

Been going to this location for years. Prices have gone way up since the Rite Aid on the other corner went out of business. It seems like they have less selection as well.

This location has zero costumer service! When I called for my refill I was told that it will be ready by 2pm, arrived there at 2:45pm and still not ready and I was asked to come back. I told them I’d wait since I can’t come back. One of their employees demanded for me to move and if I don’t he will call the police.

Called at 6:15 pm to talk to a pharmacist. Waited on hold until past 7pm and never got to speak to anyone because the pharmacy closes at 7pm. Eventually gave up on it. Crazy!

It is a shame to say this but this pharmacy has gotten unbearable. I used to love this pharmacy. they were friendly, quick, always ready to help. Due to insurance I had to fill my prescriptions at another pharmacy, but waisted no time transferring everything back to this location when I could. Things have seriously changed here. I have been made to wait days twice for a prescription I should have taken right away. this last time was for meds because I was having an allergic reaction. the tech could care less and I was told she was the only one there and it was a 2 hour wait (they closed in 2 hours) she didn't even make eye contact with me. Needless to say this was my last straw with them. glad I didn't die waiting for this prescription as I ended up having it filled elsewhere the next day.

I’m writing this review as I wait in line at their drive-through it’s been about 25 minutes. And this is probably been the fifth time that I’ve driven away from here. I’m not even sure they deserve one star, but the building is here!
