Words cannot express how grateful I am towards the staff at the Summit Mall Zales. Excellent customer service, they helped me pick out a gorgeous set of Ruby earrings and helped me find an alternative payment method when I was not able to pay in full right away. Purchased a ring for my mother-in-law for Christmas from an online sale. She wore it for 3 months and unfortunately one of the stones was lost. I attempted to reach out to customer service online but they told me to discuss the repair with a local store. Went into this store today and did request a discount on the repair/replacement given the loss of a stone with only 3 months of normal wear. They offered absolutely nothing and the manager couldn't care less about the customer service. They could only provide a range from $50-250 for potential cost for repair, with the max being more than double the cost of the ring. An official quote could not be provided until 1-2 weeks after it was mailed out to be evaluated. Would not recommend purchasing a ring from Zales as the quality and customer service are abysmal.

I stopped by this location to check out watches and worked with Therese. She was extremely helpful and showed me some nice Citizen pieces. She explained everything about the watch I was interested in and was very knowledgeable about the product. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
