Have rented a 10 x 10 unit for 3 years. Once you've signed on (20 minute owner presentation of the lease, rules, can and can't do's etc. very thorough). You get a lock, but you can switch. No master key so only the renter has access. I prefer the online autopsy that this place has. Access 24/7 with your own individual gate code.

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The owner Jerry was friendly, helpful, and really cares about the customers. Pricing is fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable storage!

Everything was great while we had our unit. We moved and no longer live close. Gerry was very responsive anytime we needed something. And the auto pay option was much appreciated! Highly recommend.

I love Fairport Self Storage. The price is great. The security camera's assure me that my stuff is protected; as well as me. It is open 24/7 and I feel safe no matter when I need to go to my unit. The location is easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend Fairport Self Storage. Jerry does a fine job!

I've used Fairport Self Storage for at least 20 years or so. Never had any negative issues. When my door started getting old and difficult to open, they had the guys out to fix it ASAP.They've made the online experience quick and easy, and are simply great to work with - any interactions I've had have been smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend Fairport Self Storage!
