This was the first time I have used a water extraction company and it was a great experience. I contacted WET because they are local. Rhett was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They did a nice job taking down moldy drywall, a shower, and flooring. Everything was left as clean as could be when the job was done. I will definitely use WET again if ever needed, and highly recommend.

When our tenant called to say there was “a waterfall” in the family room of our condo, our first call was to WET. They met us there as we sped across town to assess what was happening. From that point forward, they handled the water disaster with professionalism and expertise. I felt comfortable with the owner, Nate, and also his team. They were friendly, helpful and cleaned up the mess. They hauled all of the materials from the demo out and left the place perfectly prepared for the construction crew to come in and repair damages. I would highly recommend WET!

From the start this company was amazing. I decided to go with a local smaller company because I was brought up to try to help the little guy and I think the big people get enough business. I feel like we got better service because of that they were very responsive and Lindsey was great, she's the one that answered the phone and helped me with the situation. We had problems with our insurance company and there was a lot of running around making phone calls because our adjuster wasn't doing her job correctly and Lindsay was very compassionate about that and in the end State farm ended up paying the amount minus the deduction it took much work on my part and WET to get that done. In summary I feel that this is a great company they do a good job and they're very friendly and concerned. Thanks WET for your help and your professionalism.Services: Flood restoration

They assisted me with regards to a recent flood in my home and sent out one of their representatives to analyze my situation. After having been told by the representative that he would email me a report, which included recommendations to throw away all of my couches, sectionals, beds & bedding.The report (that I needed to give to my insurance as part of my claim) was never emailed to me. I followed up a couple of times with their secretary, who assured me she would ask the representative to email me the report (I even offered to pay for said report, but was told, “that is part of our free service)After waiting even further, I called again for them to tell me “They don’t provide such reports”I asked to speak with either Lisa or Joe Keller & was told that they would have them call me. I never received a callback.Because of this I am now out several thousand dollars, as I took their advice and tossed my belongings but with no report, I cannot prove my losses to the insurance company.A totally unprofessional company that I would avoid at all costs.

I met Joe and team when professional services were needed for soot issues in my family home. I got to know Joe a lot better over the next 3 months while we’re were displaced from our home. A family of 5 with 2 dogs in a 2 bedroom apartment 25 miles from home can put a lot of stress on that family. Joe did his best to ease tensions and work with us to get home as quick and safely as possible. Joe came over on a Sunday and really guided us through the entire restoration process for soot cleanup. Insurance put up a fight of what methods were needed to keep my family safe, Joe was on our side the entire time. Late night phone calls, bringing in additional resources, he really keeps your best interests at the forefront. I would highly recommend Joe and his team.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

Tom was great to work with, he was very detailed oriented, honest and was able to start the next day on cleanup work. Had serious mold concerns about the house we moved into. They took a look at anything suspicious. We were able to commission them for a mold removal and also got a head start on handling a few water issues (gutter issues) that they discovered before winter hit. When our frustrations were highAnd our tempers too lowWET came to our rescueWith professionalism in tow.When a nasty storm came through our area, we had several unfortunate incidents that happened to our property. We decided that a divorce attorney wouldn’t be the first call we should make. Instead we called WET. They professionally and courteously cleaned our entire flooded basement—even removing 2’ of drywall. I hope this this doesn’t sound like any other review with trite words.
