Had a recent experience with a new medication that was going to cost over $125 using my insurance card. The staff member offered to look up what it would be using a different discount card, which ended up bringing the cost down to $25. This saved me not only on this visit but makes the prescribed medication more feasible for the long term. Thank you!

CVS in Fairview Park, OH has cut staffing from 2 pharmacy techs to 1, even during peak times. This has resulted in longer lines and MUCH slower service. Also several experienced techs have left CVS because of this corporate decision, leaving newer techs to try to manage. How many Rx errors will it take for CVS to put people before profits? My advice? Find another pharmacy that can balance customers, staff, and the balance sheet more effectively

The pharmacy techs here are the bomb. Fast, efficient and always remember me!?! Even with demanding customers they never lose their cool. It makes coming to pick up Rx’s nice because I always know they’re going to be nice to me—which is a rarity in retail!!

Rachel, one of the techs, was kind enough to call eight other pharmacies when they couldn't fill my RX. She wasn't asked to do so, she simply did it. I truly appreciate the staff at this location, as this type of service is pretty typical. Unfortunately, this pharm. seems to run out of my son's RX frequently, causing major hassles.
