Excellent service, perfect end results, and very affordable prices.
They’re the only nail salon in the area where you can get 5 star gel manis/pedis for under $55 + tip per service.
The salon is comfortable and clean. They have a lot of lovely colors to choose from. Every time I visit, my gel manicures last 2+ weeks, and my gel pedicures last 5+ weeks. They also take their time rather than rushing through to get to the next person.
The nail technicians are pleasant and friendly. I usually take a while to select a color and even then ask for help selecting between my top two. They’ll paint both colors on two nails to compare, and offer their advice if asked. I’ve never felt like I was a bother, every Nail Tech is so polite and patient.
Great place, I highly recommend Exotic Nails Salon!

All the nail techs do a good job on your nails. I didn’t get a hand and foot massage during my mani-pedi like other places do. I miss that! I will say the place itself needs major updating! Massage chairs are old and don’t work well. The equipment looks older, and they need some other major upgrades. For the money you pay and the great service you receive, it’s sad it lacks in the other areas.

I have been to Exotic Nails for multiple gel manicures and pedicures. The service is fantastic and the prices can't be beat. I really like their staff and their commitment to learning new techniques. The salon is very clean and comfortable.

Very disappointing. So I book an appointment on their booking site, SetMore. I receive back an email confirming my appointment. I show up for said appt. I am asked about it, and did I have the right day? The employee hadn't shown up at the salon. I show them my email and they didn't ask me to reschedule or anything. So another employee does the pedicure. The employee walks in , goes right by me. When I'm finished I stop and ask, what happened? What was the mix up? She glares at me and says "I'm not doing this". I go to the desk to pay and I ask the owner, who is her mother, what's wrong, why did she get ticked at me. She wouldn't answer. Now I've been going here for probably 10-15 years, I'm shocked at the attitude. No explanation, so I told her she just lost a customer. So don't bother to explain or check just treat the client like crap. There's always another salon.

I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but this place is amazing! I've gotten gel manicures from them twice now and both times it last so long!! Other places I've been the nail polish comes off within the first week. This place is legit!

I have come in several times over the last months. Most recently, I brought 2 other people. The services provided are not my problem. It is the extremely poor communication. Two out of four times, the staff has not given me the service I asked for and told me I was wrong. It feels like they want to upsell which is not wrong, if the customer is asked. Today, I arrived at the scheduled time, and had polish removed and was told that someone else would take care of me from that point on. The person who started did not offer any explanation or time frame and it was clear it would not be at least another 15-20 minutes, The first person was standing there talking. I finally got up and said I really could not wait, especially when people are standing around. I do not want to spend my time and money on anything that is not of value. The only thing I can do is change what I do. I will find another place to get my nails done.

You will not be disappointed, this nail salon is great. The techs are friendly and very talented. Lots of great options and they take their time. Clean salon as well which is really important to me.

if i could give 100 stars i would. my experience here was great, Sophea was my nail artist and she was so kind and very professional. she took her time and didn’t rush and they turned out fantastic. Ricky did do the nail designs on the ring fingers, he is also a phenomenal nail artist. the price was also SUPER reasonable.
