My son and I had visited this location yesterday to get him a new pair of shoes. A very pretty woman with dark brown hair was working and she was so sweet to us. Very friendly and helped us pick out a shoe for my picky boy! This location is great. Thank you!

I went to pick up an order, or tried to, from this location. 7:17 pm on March 5th 2024, the brunette woman with glasses was incredibly rude and had “no idea” what happened with my order. When I first walked in, I gave her my name and she straight up said “no”. I almost laughed until I noticed she was serious. She said even though it’s an order going through her store, it’s a corporate level issue. She also said she has no idea if I’ll be refunded for the BOGO I used on this order. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere, she didn’t even have the decency to treat me with kindness and give me an inkling of a helpful attitude. Thanks for nothing!

The store manager and associate there are so very kind and helpful especially when the kids are antsy. The 30 min drive was worth the great customer service I will keep coming back ?

My daughter and I went there looking for shoes. My daughter asked the associate for Nikes, but in black. She quickly responded in a loud tone, No! My daughter tries asking again and before she gets a chance to ask, the associate repeats herself, no! This entire time, the associate had a serious face. My daughter returned the shoe on the shelf and walked out. The associate started laughing and said, did I hurt her feelings? This associate has no customer service skills whatsoever. This location definitely lost a customer!

I was at the Westlake location and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It was nice to have Keisha and Ashley there helping me to find shoes and engaging in conversation. We were laughing and talking like old friends. It made for an excellent experience and I will definitely go back especially if they are there. It's hard to find people who make you feel as though they really want you to have a good experience, but Keisha and Ashley did just that. I can not say enough about their customer service. I was with my boyfriend who absolutely hates shopping but even he was laughing and talking with them. BRAVO KEISHA AND ASHLEY keep up the great attitudes and customer service!!!

I went to famous footwear in Westgate looking for a pair of red converse tennis shoes. I was told Avon Commons had them in store. I had forgotten my phone so I drove to Avon. She could have called that location for me. They didn't have them and of course I was told they were online only. So I ordered them and paid for overnight (I actually needed them for a special event) So I expected to get them on the 7th. I looked at the site to see where they were, enroute, and saw that they were not going to be delivered until the 10th. I contacted FedEx to see where they might be, hoping to pick them up myself. I was told they were with the "shipper." So I called famous footwear in Westgate, my home store. I hoped they might be at that location I asked for the store manager. I said, "I am frustrated with famous footwear at the moment and hope you can help me. As I began to explain, line went dead. I called back and the same person said, "you are being nasty and I am not dealing with you. " and hung up on me again, I tried calling back a few more times and she said, "I don't need to deal with you." She never let me ask if the shoes were there or not. She IS THE MANAGER. I was NOT being nasty, I was frustrated and she just blantly refused to help me. It's customer service and she is the MANAGER. I got the shoes Monday, I will be returning the shoes and I absolutely will NOT deal with this location or that nasty miserable manager. She should Not be in customer service. PERIOD

My wife, my son and I stopped in to find a pair of shoes for my son. Janice and Diana (may have been Dianna) were so very awesome!! We walked in and they were both so happy and bubbly! They greeted us and helped us ANY TIME we needed ANYTHING! We chatted a bit while we were there trying on shoes, which was a hoot. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, checked out and that was that! All in all, I think I just appreciated their kindness, laughs and patience with us! People are so grumpy now a days... Thank you ladies, for being so awesome and we hope to see you the next time we stop in!!
