It is a great place to shop, with a wide range of products from produce and bakery items to household essentials. The store is always clean and stocked. Many employees are very friendly and helpful, with some described as wonderful and pleasant. The store manager has put together a good team and the store has seen improvement. Special offerings like grilled ribs have been praised as some of the best. Customers can use the rewards program to save on groceries or gas. However, experiences can be a mixed bag. Some visits are amazing, while others leave customers very frustrated. A primary complaint is a lack of staffed checkout lanes and a need for more self-checkouts to smooth out the lines. There have also been specific incidents of poor service, including a rude cart boy and a deli error where plastic was cut with the cheese.
Great store. New to Ohio, new to Giant Eagle. Have been here a few times. Always find what I need. Very easy to navigate. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well maintained.
