Floors are always very dirty, I tried coming in early to avoid but it did not work. Machines also dirty, worried about my clothes getting fully cleaned. Workers are very nice.

Bella is literally the sweetest employee. Her welcoming customer service, friendliness, and just super helpful. The washers and dryers are always clean. I get it and get out happy.

Place needs to be cleaned floors are always dirty never mopped between washers on the floor are very disgusting. Washers on the outside are very dusty soap spills dripping down washers .. This morning a bad odor .. Told young lady she said she doesn't smell anything .. just sitting on her phone should be wiping and sanitizing machine place is very dirty ..

Today was my first day in a laundromat in a long time. I came prepared with $10 worth of quarters!! The gentleman attendant today was incredibly helpful and friendly! I wish I got his name. The machines were awesome....User friendly and did excellent job getting stains out of comforter!! Would highly recommed!!

Update: I usually don’t have too much to do with the workers, but today I do and they are very friendly. I used to come here all the time when I lived in Westpark. Since moving to Parma I still come out here to wash my blankets and towels. I am used to the newer machines now and they work great! It is faster than when they had the old ones. Thanks for your service!

I started going to this laundromat when I moved to the area. Amber the manager is very nice and helpful. I watched her smell the machine and made sure they were clean. Alex helped patron women in who needed help and load the machine. I was very pleased with the service and I like how they sanitize the machine and your clothes smells good after you wash them. The washing machines at my housing complex doesn't have my clothes smelling like that. I will be a life long customer.

Gave this place another two tries since my last review. Updating to add machines are still filthy along with the floors and tables. They no longer open early. The older guy who works there keeps it SO hot in there it’s legitimately nauseating. Not to mention he leaves his shift 30 min early so we had to wait for the other staff to show up to help us with a broken dryer.
The new machines are nice. Too bad the staff didn’t get an upgrade. They sit on their butts playing on their phones when the machines and folding tables could use a good wipe down. The place is still nasty because the staff is too lazy to do a little cleaning. There is no reason for these brand new machines to be covered in soap build up already.
I’ll keep going down the road to the wash house where the employees keep that place spotless and are constantly wiping down the machines and cleaning the floors/emptying the trash.

Opens early to get your laundry done early. Staff is very nice and helpful. Will be returning. Machines are in good shape and working condition.
