I don’t remember the guy’s name who did my dog’s grooming, but he did a really good job and he was very nice! I have a mini golden doodle puppy and it was his first grooming so I was a little nervous. He did exactly how I asked him to groom him! I would post a pic of Bentley but it won’t let me, he looks handsome tho

I've been shopping at the Fairview Park store for many years, and even after trying other cat litters from other stores, I came back to your store because your litter seemed to be
better than others.
I don't know what's happened recently, but the last three purchases of SoPhresh Advanced Odor Control
Fragrance-Free 30# Scoopable Clay
cat litter have been terrible.
And I purchase a brand new container each time!
The litter is full of pea-size and larger rocks that I really don't want my senior cats to have to walk on. And the most recent container was SO very dusty,
I had to resort to wearing a mask
each time I scoop out the litterbox, which is twice daily.
I can just imagine what my cats
are having to breathe in.
Your litter is the only product I purchase in your store, so if the next
container is anything like the past three, I will be coming in to return it
and will be choosing another pet supply store for my purchases.

I called to see if they had a product in stock. The young man that answered the phone, not only checked to see if they had it...he brought it up to the register for ease of pick up for me. His customer service skills were on point, and I appreciated him for going the extra mile.

Was waiting over 30 minutes to book an appointment for my pet. Absolutely horrid customer service here. Go to Gone With The Dogs on Lorain Road instead if you want a groom.
