The staff member offered to look up what it would be using a different discount card, which ended up bringing the cost down to $25. This saved me not only on this visit but makes the prescribed medication more feasible for the long term. Thank you!”
“The prices are good but they really need to update the pumps. Traffic is crazy sometimes, lines going every which way, and the card readers on a couple of pumps don't like to read my Sam's Club Card, and there never seems to be anyone in the booth to help.”
“4 stars because the bathrooms are ALWAYS DISGUSTING. Other than that, this place is awesome. Very clean, awesome produce, and unique selection. I would seriously give it 5 stars, but the bathrooms are just too gross my dude.”
“This Discount Drug mart #93 in Strongsville is the best. It always spotless neat and well stocked. The staff is always so helpful. The pharmacy staff is great here also. I live near another DDM but travel to this location, The manager at this location is to be commended for having a great store.”

“I love shopping at DDM. They always have what it is I'mm looking for and are a good alternative to Lowe's and Wal-Mart, which are overcrowded and more expensive. Also, j like WoaMart and Lowe's, DDM is employee owners, so I feel better shopping there.”

“So I live in avon ohio and thats where I do most my shopping. So naturally i’m going to check out Drug Mart because to give you a little background I actually have been going to Drug Mart for the past 20 ish years. I still remember when I was a little kid, i would BEG to go here so I can pickup a fun toy to play with such as cap guns with my brother, or to buy a pack of pokemon or magic the gathering cards. They have school supplies, water guns, you name it. You used to be able to rent dvd movies from them back in the day! Now since im older, I get my prescription from there. My mom also gets one aswell so I took her here recently because it was senior day and my oh my she just about bought up the whole store!!! Were talking stocking up on batteries, all kinda of boxes dry foods, some frozen chicken and lots of canned food. She was a happy camper. This is another store I hope always stays here, I feel like drug mart is a staple in any city.”
“Probably the best convenience store in the neighborhood. Much more organized and clean than others in area . Has a variety of things you may need . For sure the go to store in the neighborhood for your needs.”

“Well, after reading some of the reviews below, I’m just shocked. Strongsville Drug Mart on prospect is the most spectacular store anywhere. I pick up a lot at the pharmacy and those people are stupendous. Jordan will always be my favorite, but there are others and every single one of them is like greeting people with sunshine The deli is wonderful. The store has a lot of products everything I could ever want and it’s always clean and organized. I consider this “ my store”. Thanks guys, For everything you do!”
“I just went to drop off a Fed X package today and the gentleman that came to help(not sure of the name but had a white shirt and tie on) came to greet me swiftly, with a smile, and was very nice. After a rough day of shopping with very rude customer service this made my day. Thank you!”

“Have been going here for years and the pharmacy and staff have always been great, and still are! My issue is you can’t EVER get through to talk to an actual person!! I have left messages and they have always returned my call but even now that’s sometimes hit or miss. Sorry to complain but it is very bothersome. Thanks for all you do otherwise ?”

“I ordered a very large sheet cake for a party. It was half chocolate & the other half white almond. I worked with Joyce, in the bakery, to place my order. I explained the decorations I wanted & it turn out perfect. On the day of the party, Joyce allowed me to use the bakery's utility cart to wheel this large cake out to my car because it wouldn't quite fit in a regular shopping cart. The cake was a hit & was enjoyed by everyone.”
“I’ve transferred all my prescriptions here from CVS on Ridge in Parma. I have been to the pharmacy here a few times now and have never had any problems. My prescriptions have been ready in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff is always friendly/helpful. I have also called here a few times and they pharmacy staff gives the same great customer service over the phone as in person.
I have only shopped the main store twice now for a few items I was out of, not a full grocery list. I’m not as familiar with this location as the Giant Eagles in Parma. This location is organized way different and the isles are angled a weird way. I’m not sure that I like it. It could be to that I’m just not used to the set up. The workers at the front end were friendly both times I shopped and efficient.”
“Far and away the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Gary and Robert are always kind, caring and go out of their way even when there is a hiccup with insurance etc. I don't know them by name but the pharmacy technicians are all great too. Keep it up. It's rare to get this level of friendliness and help in this world anymore.”
“Would be 5 stars, but your self checkouts aren’t able to be used without the single self check person (the self check people are kind, I’m sure they don’t get paid enough) running back and forth between 6 registers (upgrade those self checks or get rid of them at this point everyone complains about them every time I’m there), and then the middle aged bald guy with blue eyes at the customer service counter seemed super annoyed to help my mother check out when she had mostly discounted items so she couldn’t use the self check when she tried and the self check person directed her to go there for help. Floor staff are always helpful.”

“I go to this store at least every other week. Always find something on sale. I like their outlet section. Only thing I'd improve is watering and taking care of plants you're trying to sell outside. They're almost dried or dead for the prices you're selling them for. Some of the register ladies really hate their jobs with their poor customer service. There's a young lady that helps bag, she's welcoming and deserves her job. I will update when I find out her name.”

“As expected during the Christmas season Walmart was extremely busy. But with that said. Every cashier station was in operation. Now I've been to many Walmarts band I've never seen them all running. This was awesome to be able to get in and out in a very fast amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
