This place is unbelievable. It's uncleanly. It has a moldy smell. And the front desk staff are rude and it's not cheap. Was overcharged for room deposit. No recommendation for this hotel. Many times the breakfast was cold

Cleanliness was an issue, service was sub-par to non-existent. Staff was highly unprofessional, not up to the task. Management was almost non-existent. Multiple other guests were having similar to worse issues. One thing that was alarming was when we checked in to our single king room, there were 3 people who were allowed to temporarily use our room to get ready for the event that night because the room they had wasn't available when they arrived so the staff was directed to allow them to use the room, this is disgusting and is mal-practice and they didnt offer any explanation or compensation for this incident and they did not clean the room inbetween this bizarre occurrence. I've never stayed here before, but I know I will never stay here again, we also ended up paying $400 dollars for one night just because the concert that was in town spiked room rates, if there was a value to put this room at would be less than $50 dollars a night, would be very cautious staying here.
Edit** There seems to be a response posted by Ramada Inn in to my above complaints/review. Let me be very specific, our room was ready at time of booking, the staff let (3) women into our room because there room was not ready at the time, so they were allowed to temporarily use our room to get ready. That is complete mal-practice and is 100% not clean when nobody cleaned inbetween them using our room and us going into the space, on top of everything the sheets and pillows had stains on them, the walls had filth and stains on them and was no where near clean. There was no communication to us from staff/management on any type of compensation so that is 100% a lie on their response that is posted. This place will do anything but change for the better, its truly a sad establishment.

I was actually shocked at how clean and newly furnished the room was. Everything was great and you can't beat the price. If you're traveling for work and in a business and not looking to impress people but get a good night sleep at a decent and clean place. This is your stop.

No frills budget hotel that gets the job done. Shuttle service offered. Rooms were spacious & clean. Workmanship on facilities were under par but did not take away from the stay. Bedding, towels were clean. Service was adequate, sometimes over explanatory about inconsequential things. Lots of signage on the front desk is a little off putting. Overall an ok experience!!!

Please read this review and consider another place to stay. I can’t believe this has the Ramada name on it this place is a dump. We inspected the beds while walking in and there was several hair strands all over in the sheets the and beds looked like they had been slept in and never changed the sheets. There were Juju stains all over the comforters absolutely disgusting. We had our room changed and the floors were greasy and slippery. I asked the guy if he would refund us and he refused to. Other hotels in the area were all booked so we had to stay here. Thank god it was only one night. EDITED: To clarify the management team offered no refund on the room and said sorry. They changed my room to another crappy room. We had no choice but to stay here all other hotels in the area had no available rooms our flight was canceled. A week later as and my daughter now has lice. This place is worse than Motel 6.

This is a motel obviously in decline. The exterior grounds were trashy. The room floor was so dirty, that after I took a shower and walked across the floor, I had to wash my feet again before I put my socks and shoes on.

I had to pay a $60 cash security deposit at the Ramada hotel. I told the front desk attendant that I would be leaving around 5 a.m. and that I needed my money back at that time. He said it would be fine because the front desk was open 24 hours. But this morning, when I was leaving at 5 a.m. to go to the airport for my 6 a.m. flight, there was no one at the front desk to assist me, and I had to leave without getting back the cash deposit I paid yesterday. I paid in cash. I’ve already sent a message to the hotel through the Booking app, but no one has replied to me so far.

Very clean and they are obviously working on remodeling. My room had been recently done and they Lobby was in the works.

This is a motel. So they only thing between you and the parking lot is a door. The parking lot was full of shady characters, and I did not feel safe.

These guys are infested with German cockroaches, brought the bug to the front desk and they said they cant help me. DO NOT STAY

Seemed pretty basic but nice. The AC thermostat was pretty miscalibrated but I was able to just lower the temperature to make it comfortable. Got the job done. The shuttle service to the airport was super convenient.

Lobby is non-air conditioned - the room we booked had over 40-50 flies buzzing around and it made sleeping an absolute chore, they did nothing to mitigate the issue and we ended up taking care of it ourselves - employees threatened to keep the deposit if we pushed the matter for a full refund as well
