My daughter paid for the room in cash when she checked in on 2/17, and also paid a deposit of US$60 in cash. She was completely unaware of this when she made the reservation. I only found out about it after reading the comments section. When checking out on 2/18, the front desk staff said that the deposit would be returned to the credit card, which meant there was a problem with the handover by the front desk staff. I wrote to ask about this on February 19, but there has been no response for 5 days now, and my 60 US dollars have been eaten up.2/27 Update: The hotel is actively processing refunds and will update the review after confirmation.Update 3/04: Credit card refund completed3/16 Update: Check received for $60 deposit bouncedThank you to the hotel for proactively solving my problem.

Not a hotel… it’s a roadside motel complete with police in the parking lot. The bed is on a metal box frame that makes noise when you roll over in bed and the breakfast will leave you hungry. Would not recommend.

Super close to the airport and half the prices of the other rooms nearby. Highly recommend. I will be back. Great little bar attached with awesome bartenders.

I had a 24 hr lay over I chose to stay at the Ramada the staff are excellent the rooms are new and very clean I highly recommend airport shuttle is very convenient overall I rate this hotel a 10

Indifferent desk clerk and very sloppy maintenence gives this place a rundown feeling I personally would not recommend staying here. Admitted the price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

My first room had no heat to which when I went to the lobby to tell them I had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to come to the desk. 2nd room I was moved to had a loud bed that sounded like metal whenever I moved in the bed. Along with what looked like blood but I'm hoping was just rust on the bathroom baseboard and the vent/fan in the bathroom was literally hanging out if the wall. Was a pretty disappointing experience.Rooms: Look nice but again first one had no heat and second room was very run down.Walkability: There are stores and a gas station close

This place is not worth the money. It took 40 minutes to get checked in to my room. The room its self was not clean. They added $60 for a deposit fee for the room, even though I went through Wyndham and was given a price. Room did not have a microwave and was advertised that it did. I had to go back to the front desk to attempt to get a remote for the tv in the room. I get that it’s under construction but whoever the contractor is does horribly work. The bathroom door was hinge bound. The tub was built on a wooden platform. When you stand in it you feel like you’re going to push through it. I will not be staying there again

Parkinglot is a pothole factory. First room I checked into was still dirty and remodeling was shoddy at best. I went to the front desk to switch rooms. The response was they are still under construction and they can't shut the property down but they have another room I can see and take or they can cancel my reservation. Next room was also still not the cleanest but it was much better. Hot water didn't really work and the faucet for the sink was loose. I have stayed with this chain before and haven't had this bad of an experience. When I went to check out noone is available the desk or by phone and the voice-mail isn't set up at the number I was forwarded to.

I picked this place because of the price compared to closeness of the airport.. biggest mistake ever. Under renovation which is fine.. until they start robbing people. I checked in early.. paid an additional 25$ no problem I had kids with me and they were cranky. Then they wanna charge a $60 deposit.. okay.. fine..nowhere on the website was that stated...NOR was it posted in the lobby...but fine whatever..I'm in a city im unfamiliar with just get us in a room. We didn't even stay the entire time, we left for the airport at 2 am. They said the deposit would be back as soon as I checked out.. well noone was up front so I put the key in the box thinking everything was fine it would process later. Still haven't received it back so I called 2 times. The first time the girl said oh everything is fine it'll be in my account 7-10 days. Okay. The 2nd time I called the manager was fine.. then proceeds to get defensive and start yelling at me about how they found a stain on a towel and stain on the bed and I wasn't getting my deposit back. I've booked hotels for years and have never not gotten my deposit back because we try to leave the room as well as we can and we put the towels in one pile on the floor in the bathroom. We put all the trash into th trash can. Because I'm not trying to make the housekeeper job harder. There were things wrong in the room but I'm the type of person that doesn't like to complain and I guess I should have. There was a washcloth that looked like someone ran out of toilet paper and used to clean their poopy behind.. and behind the middle stand was stuff dripped down the wall and puddle at the base. The manager said send him pictures and I told him to send the pictures of the stains to me and I'll reply with the pics I have. He has yet to send me the photos. He also claims I signed an agreement for the deposit and I did not such thing. The only thing I signed was the receipt when I checked in with my total on it. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint and trying to get my money back.

Rooms were dirty and smelled moldy. No towels or wash cloths in room--had to ask for them. Service desk people were rude. Horrible customer service. Airport Van driver not helpful and speeding way beyond speed limit. Do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!.

They have mice. Don't believe me? Look at the trash cans!! They all have holes in them from mice getting in. Staff very rude, police will stop you if you Black over there is well. Staff shortage. You may end up taking your own trash out cleaning your own room. Please take pics when you get there. Time stamp and report if you have any issues

I called and spoke to multiple employees before my stay and explained what i needed. I needed to check in 90 mins early and I was only staying for a flight layover not over night. I was charged close to a 50% fee for checking in at 1:30 instead of 3. A surprise fee upon arrival.Once checked in there was no soap to wash your hands, no outlet that worked in or around the bathroom. The Internet was so slow it constantly stopped. The towels and bathmat had dirty and freshly used stains on them. The room was frigid and took hours to heat up. The worst though is the bed frame. It’s a metal box and every time you moved the metal would expand and contact, making very loud popping noises. Impossible to sleep. I lasted less than 3 hours
