I love my nails each time but paying $150-$250 for a set and constantly having to get a full set EVERYTIME since the nails come off is not ok along with fungus and broken natural nails down so far is mind blowing. Sophea is the absolute best for a pedicure. Always a pleasant experience here. The other girls are all very nice as well. Very welcoming and positive vibes is what you experience here.

I went there for awhile (loved the service at first) but the moment my nail polish chipped they were very unaccommodating. Something that could have taken 10 minutes (told to me by a competitor Haven Nail Salon *GO THERE*) to fix a day after my service they gave me the run around via several phone calls. And refused to fix my one chipped nail “we won’t have any nail tech in to fix it… we can schedule you an appointment for next week.” This was in the middle of the day. Seriously to fix one nail? Oh well great establishment poor customer service for a regular client. Also, some of their UV lights are poor quality causing nail chipping and bubbles. Just a heads up.Service: Acrylic nails

I love the shop, great nail techs and an abundance of nail accessories, affordable prices, styles, and products. I have never been disappointed. I will find a color scheme, dollar amount I want to spend on design and let my girl, Jess do her thing. Being near winter holidays, she created a gnome and a cable knit sweater design. Just so much talent. By far the best I have been to and I have been getting my nails done for 30+ years. I usually leave salons because there is no creativity or products to be creative. Riya's is a place I recommend to everyone who looks at my nails.

They are great!! I had Natasha and she did a wonderful job with my daughter's nails!! They have wonderful designs in the book and they are individually creative as well. I will definitely be going back!!

My first appointment here with Mey was great. She did a wonderful job and has a great personality. She is the only reason I gave 3 stars. My second appointment was with Lin. I arrived at my appointment on time and waited 20 minutes for her to finish up her other appointment. When I showed her the design I wanted, Lin proceeded to tell me she didn't have time to do the design. As a customer I find this to be very unprofessional. I do not live in Ohio and if I ever plan to come back this way, I will not spend an more money here.

I ordered some gel Polish and when I received it, brush was defective and the one out of several gels had some clumps. I immediately messaged her and she , without hesitation mailed new brush and new replacement gel Polish for the one I had issue with. The gels are amazing. I will definitely be ordering again from her!

Riya's Nails has one OF THE BEST FORMULAS for their gel polishes on the planet! Her customer service is leading among the nail industry as she provided not 1 but two full size gels with my purchase as a gift! Something she did not offer in the site while I was shopping it was just a complete surprise. Thank you Riya's Nails. I will be a forever customer.

I’ve been coming to Riyas Nails for 7 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Her team are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Anything the owner Riya knows how to do, she ensures the rest of her staff know how to do it which makes me confident in their skills so I don’t worry about who I am booked with they’re all amazing! The salon is clean and welcoming and Riyas products are of the highest quality while her prices are in my opinion affordable and definitely worth it. The ladies treat you like family whether you’re a returning client or a first timer. Highly recommend!! Especially for special occasions, their artwork is exceptional!Services: Gel manicure

I had to cancel my appointment, however the phone representative was super to talk with. They did return my calls because I had left two messages. All resolved! Best nails I've seen in Ohio compared to my New York manicurist. I will be making a new appointment!

I want to start by saying how much I always wanted to get my nails done here and how I never will again. At first the girl was great and nice I asked for “kawaii/cute” nails and explained I loved anime but we found they didn’t have the sailor moon decor on the site so we improvised and she began drawing the cats on my nails and after watching her struggle with them I eventually suggested an easier way to do it. I also said I wanted pastel colors and she pulled out a hot pink saying “I know this isn’t what you asked for but isn’t it pretty?” I felt pressured and I felt like I wasn’t being listened to. With time she kept getting more frustrated she kept suggesting things to me and I agreed after seeing photos but then when it came down to doing the image she showed me she couldn’t. Finally she started blaming me and saying she needed to hurry up etc her next client was here and I needed to make up my mind. I showed so many photos and gave so many ideas and she was unable to execute any of them then made me feel like it was my fault. I got in my car and cried because I was so unhappy. I emailed Riya and got a reply of “go back and have one of the other girls do it” I explained how uncomfortable that would make me feel and how upset I was and she never replied. I paid the most I ever have for nails only to immediately call and go get them redone elsewhere.
