I’d say It’s “upper-mid” as far as Targets go. It’s been recently redone and they have really nice carts. however, the sour punch straws disappeared off the shelves about a year ago, so that’s why it gets three stars.

I picked up an online order. Seven half-gallon sized drinks were not in any bags. I had not indicated that I wanted my items unbagged. Really Target??? You’re better than this!
