I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store (Fairview Park on Lorain Road)! There’s a newspaper trend going around where people use personalized designs in photoshoots for birthdays, anniversaries, or big announcements. I wanted to do something special for my 30th birthday photoshoot in Brazil—but I didn’t just want a front and back like most people. I designed a full “newspaper” with a custom front and back, plus two “inside” pages as a heartfelt thank you to my family.
I came to this store hoping they could bring my vision to life, and they exceeded every expectation. I explained what I needed and why it was important to me, and they jumped right in to help. They walked me through everything—from helping me choose matte over gloss to avoid camera glare, to printing on durable material that could survive my suitcase. It came out exactly how I envisioned, folded perfectly like a real newspaper, and all for under $20!
I’ve been to this location before for passport photos, shipping, and more, and the service is always top tier. But this time they helped turn a dream into reality. Thank you to the entire team for being kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. You made my 30th birthday celebration everything I hoped it would be!

The notary here is absolutely useless. Doesn’t stamp in the correct areas, and pretty sure the notary lets any employee use his stamp. The notary is Dankesh Joshi

This is THE BEST UPS I’ve worked with. Went in for a larger order of flyers, multi color and needed multi paper stock weights. They took there time to explain which would be best for my needs. Unfortunately they ran out of some of the stocks, they upgraded w no charge! Even helped me w pricing a bit! And then hung one of my fliers up in store!! Excellent excellent service, advice and production of my material.

I came in to do a return and was greeted by Kurt. He was pleasant, efficient, helpful and gave me the assistance and suggestions for my awkward package. He waited on customers promptly when they came in but came back right away to help me finish. He is a shining example of customer service at its best. He wasn’t just doing his job, he obviously took pride in the service he providdd. This is the type employee that should be promoted as his communication skills were great, but would be missed as the person to interact with.

I came to this location to have some prints done for work. I normally go to Office Max, but this location is closer to my house. They were so incredibly helpful and inexpensive for wonderful quality. They took time to make sure the prints were done correctly and professionally. I will definitely be back!
