“I was in Petco getting cat food and went to reception desk of Vetco to see if my ailing cat could get an appointment. We are new to them but there was an opening the next afternoon. We went and Dr Webber and the staff could not have been better. We got in to the exam room on time and exam was thorough. Facility was clean. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.”
“Dr. Baumann is so great with our bunnies and gives us peace of mind at every checkup. She also very helpful in answering any questions you might have and is so friendly and cheerful that even the bunnies were on their best behavior! I love this animal center and would especially recommend it to anyone who has rabbits.”

“I’d like to say this woman is doing the lords work. A euthanasia at a big corporate hospital in the area is about 400$. Exam fees are insane and blood work is high too, will easily be over 1,000. She is being a champion for her profession by trying to make vet care accessible. Literally she is mobile. Quit expecting veterinarians to have crystal balls. And quit expecting services to be free. Even parents of babies in the NICU get a bill.A kitten can develop kidney failure in a few days. How is a weight helpful if there is no medical hx and the cat has a good body composition and no meds are prescribed. Quit comparing it to human medicine.You’re amazing Dr! Keep on being great.NOMV”

I was nervous about finding a vet when I moved to this area and Big Creek Pet Hospital has been a fantastic facility for my pets.”

“I cannot say enough about Dr. Saxton and this clinic. Our dog is 4 years old and he can be very nervous around new people and places. Last year when I took him to our old vet, he was anxious and the vet treated him like he was dangerous and aggressive, when all he needed was a little positive reassurance and some treats to let him know that everything was okay. This year, I took a leap of faith based on the online reviews and called Big Creek to schedule an appointment for him. I was immediately put at ease by the kind vet tech who scheduled his appointment--she was so understanding of Dug's nervousness and scheduled us for the Olmsted Falls location since it's smaller and has less traffic. When it was time for Dug's appointment, everyone at Big Creek was so sweet to him. He was still nervous, but they did so much to put him at ease and were so kind and patient throughout his checkup. He loved the staff and gave them all some kisses for being so gentle and patient with him. We both are looking forward to future visits, and I cannot recommend this vet and Dr Saxton enough, especially for pet owners with nervous nellies ❤️ Thank you all so much for being so wonderful to me and my boy ❤️”

“My cat was seen here by Dr. Adam's for at least 10 years. She was so amazing with her. She had kidney disease and with her help she lasted several years through it being so caring and patient with her. We had to put her down and they were so amazing with the process making sure we understood everything and put us at ease. They are a bit costly but if you want amazing care Dr. Adam's is totally worth it”

When it comes to my animal care I will never go anywhere else, they are always willing to work with me on treatment plans and take care of my babies from my rabbit to my German shepherd and every critter in between, they have always given us the absolute best care. I can't thank the staff enough for helping my rabbit be comfortable in her final days and taking extra care for my dogs ear infections, to checking my chinchilla babies with the most gentle of care. “The staff is inviting and helpful. This review may be biased because they all loved my dog. They were informative and efficient.
I will say this though. This was my first time at a vets office in over a decade. I had to lay my 11 year old German Shepherd to rest there. He was a patient at different vets office. But they were booked and it was an urgent necessity.
This hospital was where I took him. Even though that was a long time ago they were an amazing staff. They respected my grief and my wishes. They loved that dog too even though they only got to see him for 30 minutes, at his worst. They made a painful process tolerable. Maybe no one that was there then is there now. However, I still felt the same respect.
It was good for me to link the last moments of his life to some of my first moments of my new puppy. This might not have been as emotional post, but they were helping another family in the same way they helped me so long ago. If your wondering how I know, they place a sign and a candle in the waiting room to ask people to talk in low tones. Not gonna lie I got choked up waiting on my puppy and seeing that sign. I am tearing up now. But now, one of the most painful days of my life has a connection to the birth of my partnership with my newest family member.
This is a long review. TLDR - this office is currently great for your pet. They have a history of caring about us and our pets. That is why I returned after only 1 brief visit over a decade ago.

“Great care, Dr. Pal was clear about concerns and solutions, and he even called personally to let us know the results from the bloodwork and fecal test. Team is friendly and kind. Close to home is a nice bonus.”
“My cat has been seen here before for due to her related health issues and normal check ups. Usually see Dr. Curren but she was off on Friday January 13th so Dr. Kokochak saw my cat. She was wonderful and very thorough as she took so much time discussing my cat's history and the reason for the visit. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns as my cat had not been eating or drinking for two days and was very listless. The staff here is very caring and helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment as I really didn't want to have to take her to an ER. I had been coming here for many years for care for my other cats as well. Due to the great care by Dr. Kokochak my cat is feeling much better.Cannot say enough great things about the care my cat always receives here.”
