“This vetco was very professional and caring for my dog. Visit was unexpected and I wasn't financially ready for it. I made them aware and they were very understanding and did what they could. Sadly the remedy didn't last long but not blaming them, my dog is a 14 week old puppy that is hard to keep from playing. Being that I had an appointment at a different vetco for round 2 of her vaccinations the next day and Fairview location was closed already I waited. My appointment was at 4pm upon entering the Elyria branch I tried explaining my issue but didn't get much of a response. When it was my dogs turn I placed her on the table and explained my issue again to the 4 people attending to my dog. I was told that it was no big deal, just keep giving her the meds she was prescribed. I should say that my dog broke her nail on her back right paw and it was pointing straight up so Fairview glued it down where it should be. But Elyria said it was no big deal. If that's the case why was she treated for no big deal. Meanwhile I'm being asked to buy flea and tick meds while I'm concerned about her foot. Then I realized that I was the last appointment and it was quiting time. But brushing off my dogs injury and being asked to spend more money didn't sit well with me. And in my opinion only 1 of the women actually showed some concern. Not happy with Elyria location”
“I had a perfect experience. I had to take my cat because I was concerned about her sudden weight loss. We were new there and even arrived 10 minutes late (I made a wrong turn). They saw Bella quickly, she is normally a skittish cat but she was so comfortable. We were assured that Bella would be ok, she received all of her necessary vaccines, the procing was reasonable, and everyone was so pleasant. I am so glad that I was referred to this animal hospital. I will bring each of my animals here!”
“Wow. I was looking for a specific floating plant for my aquarium. I purchased a batch of frogbit--super green, no snails. What impressed me more was that this is a traditional neighborhood pet store. I will always go here first, instead of a big box chain from now on. Wonderful vibe.”

“Our normal vet is not open on weekends. My pup was up all night shaking head and digging in her one ear. Happy pet was thankfully able to get us in today. They were all super friendly and caring. They also didn’t try to do unnecessary treatments just to up charge me like other vets have done in the past. Dr. Perez was great :). If you’re looking for a new vet I highly recommend.”

My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. “Dr. Nikki with Mobile Vet Services has been such a blessing to our family. Not only does she make annual checkups and vaccinations completely stress-free by coming to our home, but she also walked us through one of the hardest days of our lives with compassion and grace by offering home euthanasia.
We had to lay our 3-year-old Dalmatian to rest due to bone cancer. Dr. Nikki allowed us to say goodbye in the comfort of our own home, surrounded by love. She calmly and gently explained every step of the process so our family knew exactly what to expect. She cried with us, while still remaining professional, steady, and incredibly caring. It truly felt like she treated him as if he were her own.
We are so blessed to have her involved in all of our pets’ care. I genuinely hope she knows she is an angel on earth and would recommend her to every pet loving family.”
“My cat was seen here by Dr. Adam's for at least 10 years. She was so amazing with her. She had kidney disease and with her help she lasted several years through it being so caring and patient with her. We had to put her down and they were so amazing with the process making sure we understood everything and put us at ease. They are a bit costly but if you want amazing care Dr. Adam's is totally worth it”
“My ragdoll kitten Pudding was neutered and received shots here. They did an excellent job, I couldn't even tell he got neutered because the incision was done so well.
They were very thorough with the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking him home. He received great care here and I thank them for taking such good care of him.

“My cat has been seen here before for due to her related health issues and normal check ups. Usually see Dr. Curren but she was off on Friday January 13th so Dr. Kokochak saw my cat. She was wonderful and very thorough as she took so much time discussing my cat's history and the reason for the visit. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns as my cat had not been eating or drinking for two days and was very listless. The staff here is very caring and helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment as I really didn't want to have to take her to an ER. I had been coming here for many years for care for my other cats as well. Due to the great care by Dr. Kokochak my cat is feeling much better.Cannot say enough great things about the care my cat always receives here.”

“What a great vet. My beagle and I went there because he was having problems with his hind legs, he couldn't really control them. Dr. V. Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.”
“My first time here, and it was for an emergency. They took great care of my senior dachshund and also of me, who was very nervous bringing my dog to a new place and handing him over to strangers.”
“Every July, this veterinary practice holds a Pet Carnival. It is one of the highlights of my year. They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!”
“The staff is inviting and helpful. This review may be biased because they all loved my dog. They were informative and efficient.
I will say this though. This was my first time at a vets office in over a decade. I had to lay my 11 year old German Shepherd to rest there. He was a patient at different vets office. But they were booked and it was an urgent necessity.
This hospital was where I took him. Even though that was a long time ago they were an amazing staff. They respected my grief and my wishes. They loved that dog too even though they only got to see him for 30 minutes, at his worst. They made a painful process tolerable. Maybe no one that was there then is there now. However, I still felt the same respect.
It was good for me to link the last moments of his life to some of my first moments of my new puppy. This might not have been as emotional post, but they were helping another family in the same way they helped me so long ago. If your wondering how I know, they place a sign and a candle in the waiting room to ask people to talk in low tones. Not gonna lie I got choked up waiting on my puppy and seeing that sign. I am tearing up now. But now, one of the most painful days of my life has a connection to the birth of my partnership with my newest family member.
This is a long review. TLDR - this office is currently great for your pet. They have a history of caring about us and our pets. That is why I returned after only 1 brief visit over a decade ago.
