New manager harasses his staff for spending their breaks and lunches down at our business. We ended up having to pull our business Accounts last year due to him sharing our information with staff and customers. He has continued to gossip about us and others to anyone who will listen because he doesn’t like us. He is very unprofessional and he is the branch manager. I walked in yesterday to open a business account because he was refusing to make change for us because we were no longer customers. However, he wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when I stated I wanted to open account. So one of the lady tellers had to open the account for me. If it wasn’t for the amazing tellers at this branch, we wouldn’t ever go there.

New Manager frequently talks about others to staff members. My staff is uncomfortable going to the bank to make change because of the off handed remarks. (You should smile more) (I’m feeling weird vibes from you) directed towards children. We pulled our account from them and he said it was because he called us out on our sins. Do not share anything personal he will share with anyone what he hears. Extremely unprofessional. We are literally driving several towns over for change and banking needs even though this bank is 20 steps from my business. I don’t understand how he still has a job.Edited to add June 2022 a personal event happened with Jason Brice Owens. Over the next couple of months we started to learn that he was sharing personal and business information with employees at the Bank in Fayetteville. Very personal intimate marriage information. We immediately pulled our Business account and closed it. He continued to tell others why “in his opinion” why we did so. Over a year later we are still dealing with issues of him telling anyone who will listen what he thinks of us and our business 3 doors down from the bank. We have continued to be in good standing with multiple employees and on rare instances we need to make change they have happily obliged. They have been harassed and belittled for doing so and for choosing to spend their break time getting a drink from our shop. He calls our drinks devils juice and that they are supporting evil woman. We learned today that he will not allow his employees to make change with us because we are not customers. So we went an opened another business account. He refused to acknowledge us and passed us off to another teller. His behavior is unacceptable to us and to his employees. Jason Brice Owens is a liar and spews knowledge of his customers with others. Pretty sure in the banking world that’s frowned upon. Our next step will be to file harassment charges.

We had a great experience opening up new accounts at First State Bank with Branch Manager. He was very thorough in explaining the banking options. Highly recommend First State Bank Fayetteville.

Rrcently had an issue with fraud charges on my account. Was able to get everything taken care of and was surprisingly very painless. Huge thanks to Brice Owens @ the Fayetteville location. He went above and beyond to get this issue resolved. Great customer service.Note: to whoever is in charge of giving out raises @fsb. Idk how much your paying Brice but its not enough lol
